The NF Fully Shrouded Distribution Fuseboard range is suitable for systems with a ratedinsulation voltage up to 660V AC/500V DC and is available in a sheet steel enclosure.

The range complies with BS5486: Part 11 1989.

The 20A and 32A NF units have removable end plates incorporating conduit knockouts.Blank end plates can be supplied on request.

The 63A, 100A and 200A units have blank removable end plates.

All ratings accept HRC bolt-in fuselinks to BS88: Part 2 which should be selected from page 68.

Suitable for mounting switch and distribution gear either against a load bearing vertical surface or on a pedestal fixed against a nonload bearing vertical surface.

Busbar Chambers (IP3X) are made from rust protected sheet steel finished in Bill light grey.

All models have the same compact profile dimensions of approximately 364mm high by 222mm deep.

The four pole twin busbars vary only in their profile depth from the rear of the case, according to their rating, but otherwise occupyexactly the same location position when viewed from the front of the chamber.

All have detachable end plates enabling them to be extended easily with the connection of another chamber.

Full top and bottom end plates are detachable.

Kits are available for the mounting of all appropriate Masterlink and Sovereign ranges.

Bill Busbar Chambers comply with BS EN60439-1: IEC60439 at a short time withstand of 20 times the rated current for 1 second.

The rated 3 phase fused short circuit current = 63kA r.m.s. 550V.

The three largest busbar chamber lengths have a complementary pedestal and back-plate set which provides the base and supportsystem from which an industrial switchboard can be developed. It is recommended that such switchboards be backed and securedagainst a wall, although this need not be a load bearing wall.
