ORDER shy
A provision of Rs170022 lakhs is made for Swarna Jayanti Gram Swarozgar
Programme(SGSY) in the state budget for the financial year 2009-2010
The programme is to be continued in the state as per the guidelines of the Govt of India
The expenditure under this programme is to be shared between the central and state on
7525 sharing bases The Govt of India Ministry of Rural Development New Delhi has
released the total Central Share Rs163920 lakhs directly by Telegraphic Transfer to the
District Rural Development Agencies for the implementation of SGSY Program
(1st Installments)
The Government of Gujarat Panchayat Rural Housing amp Rural Development Deptt
has sanctioned Administrative approval for the Programme and authorized
Commissionerate of Rural Development Gandhinagar to release the grant vide order read
SrNo2 for the year 2009-10
The State Govt of Gujarat is supposed to release RsS4640- lakhs as its
matching share The Commissioner of Rural Development Gujarat State Gandhinagar is
pleased to release the grant of RsS0692- lakhs to the District Rural Development
Agencies as shown in the below Statement for the implementation of Scheme SGSY for
current financial year 2009-10 and as such remaining an amount of Rs3948 lakhs
(DNo Rs860 and DNo96-Rs3088) is require to release afterwards

RTGS (Real Time Gross Statement)
The said amount should be credited in the SAVING ACCOUNTS in Nationalised
Regional Rural Bank by respective Director District Rural Development Agencies The
Utilisation Certificate for the same are also to be send duly audited in prescribed proforma
