We do not market to brokers. We have a database of over 2000 investors and go direct on all of our deals. This is the same approach all of our competitors take as well. Frankly, there are very few people in the investment sales side of the business that pay fees to buyer's brokers. It is a lot different then the tenant rep side. Most buyers have in house acquisitions people who find deals and underwrite them as well eliminating the need for a broker.
