    Trial of conservative treatment + Life stylemanagement

    Lords Dilatation

    Effective when done exactly right

    Mostly underdilated

    Fissurectomy no longer done

    Internal sphincter is cut till dentate line

    Dont do sphincterotomy if sphincter is already
