Sure Path Labs want to serve larger group of patients by being the engine of improving health services in our country. We have achieved TAT (turn around time) of three hours for most test which are processed in house and moving towards TAT of one hour. This is the highest level of efficiency index in our industry.

To provide 100% accurate report as fast as possible with focus on being the prime solution for the customers, pateints, clinicians and researchers for their diagnostic needs. We take regular feedback to measure customer satisfaction.

• Providing reliable test results by combining processes, that promote efficiency with technology that is appropriate to meet laboratory goals, operated by staff who are trained and competent to perform quality work.

• Implementing a quality management system in compliance to ISO15189:2012 to ensure management plans and technical operations are established and controlled.

• Ensure all personnel concerned with examination activities familiarize themselves with the policies and procedures of the mangement system and implement the same in their work.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining independence, transparency and integrity in its operations, and improving its mangement system continously. We have achieved this by sending EQAS of Haematology by AlIMS Delhi, Biochemistry, Hormones, Specialize Hormones by CMC VELLORE, Microbiology by VILAC, ISO Certified Quality Assurance Programme of APP (Regd.)
