1. CompanyDetails

1.1 RegisterSupplier:CompanyDetails

IntheCompanyfield,thenameofthesuppliershouldbewrittenasitisintheofficialdocuments.Thesupplier'sservicetypeisselectedfromtheSupplierType-1andSupplierType-2fields.Arangeofvariablesisdefinedforthesefields.Itisrequiredtoselectfromtherangeofvariables.

TaxCountry,TaxNumber,TaxOfficearethefieldstoenterthesupplier'staxcountryandtaxoffice.Thetaxnumbershouldbeenteredinthetaxnumberfieldin11digits.

Thewebsiteofthesuppliermustbeenteredinthecompanywebsitefield.Byclicking"+"buttoninthefieldofAttachments,youcanattachdocumentsthatyouconsiderrelevanttothesupplierregistrationrequest.

Entertheinformationifyouthinknecessaryfortheapprovalofthesupplierregistrationrequestinthe"NotetotheApprover"field.

1.2 ContactInformationThecontactinformationdetailsoftheresponsiblepersonregardingthesuppliershouldbeentered.ItisnecessarytoentercompletelyandcorrectlyName,Surname,andE-mailinformation.Re-enterthee-mailaddressinthe"ConfirmE-mail"field.Payattentiontothecorrectformatofthee-mailaddresses.Bypressing"Next"button,theentryofdetailedinformationforsupplierregistrationrequestshouldbecontinued.

2. RegisterSupplier:RelatedContacts

Theinformationenteredinthecontactinformationfieldofthesupplierregistrationrequestisautomaticallyenteredtothisarea.

2.1 EditContactDetailsByclickingtheimageinthe"Edit"fieldattheendoftherelatedcontactslineorbyclickingonthe"Edit"fieldonthepage,entertheinformationoftherelatedcontactsuchasthetitle,phoneinformation.

EnterSalutation,SecondNameandJobTitleinformation.EnterPhone,MobilePhone,FaxNumbersinformation.

Forthepersontocontactastheprimaryperson,pleaseselect"Administrativecontact"field.Ifthereiscontactinformationforthesupplierregistration,thisfieldisautomaticallyselectedandshouldnotbechanged.

2.1.1UserAccountBycreatinganuseraccountfortherelatedperson,whoisenteredinthesupplierregistrationasthecontactinformation,aroleisassignedtothisuser.Thisareashouldnotbechanged.

2.2 AddRelatedPersonInformationWhenyouwanttoaddanewcontact,clickonthe"Create"fieldtoentertheinformationofthenewcontact.

Thecontactinformationscreenappears.Filltheinformationandclick"OK".Thefollowingscreenshotshowsthenewcontactinformationthatisfilledasanexample.Fornewlydefinedrelatedpersons,auseraccountmustberequested.When"Requestuseraccount"fieldischecked,roleinformationisautomaticallyadded.Thisinformationshouldnotbechanged.

2.3 DeleteRelatedPersonInformationIfyouwanttodeletesomeonefromthecontactinformation;clickonthepersonconcerned,makesurethatthebackgroundcolorisblue.Whenyouseethebluearea,click"Delete"button.

Ifyouwanttoproceedwithdeletionoftheselectedrecord,click"Yes"tothewarningdisplayed.Observethatthepersonisdeleted.

Access"Addresses"tabbypressing"Next"button.

3. RegisterSupplier:Addresses

Itismandatorytofillintheaddressinformationfieldinordertocreateasupplierregistrationaddress.Enterthesupplieraddressinformationbyclicking"Create"button.

ThispageisusedforenteringAddressDetailsandAddressRelatedPersonInformation.

3.1 CreateAddressEnteranamethatbrieflyidentifiesthesupplier'saddressinthe"AddressName"field.EnterCountry,Address,CityandPostalCodeinformation.TheinformationtobeenteredinPhoneandFaxNumberfieldsarerespectivelyasfollows;countryareacode,phoneareacode,phone/faxnumberandextensionnumber.IntheE-mailfield,thee-mailaddressassociatedwiththislocationisentered.Inthe"AddressPurpose"field,pleaseselectwhetherthisaddresswillbeusedasinvoice/purchaseorder/RFQaddress.ItisnecessarytoenterthePOAddressandInvoiceAddressforeachsupplierrequest.OneaddresscanbeusedbothasthePOaddressandinvoiceaddress.

3.2 AddressRelatedContacts2. Thisareaisusedtolinkthesupplierrelatedcontactpersontotheaddress.Selecttherelatedpersonamongthepredefinedrelatedpersonsbyusing"Selectandadd"button.

Allrelatedpersonsdefinedforthesupplierarelisted.Ifnecessary,youmaysearchbynameortitle.

Byclickingonthelineofthepersontobeadded,thepersonisselected.Makesurethatthebackgroundcolorisblue.When"OK"buttonisclicked,thepersonislinkedtotheaddress.

Afterfillingaddressandaddressrelatedcontacts,returntosupplierregistrationrequestbyclicking"OK"button.

Moveto"JobClassification"tabbyclicking"Next"button.*RemoveAddressRelatedContact

Ifyouwanttoremovetherelatedaddress,clickonthepersontobedeletedandselecttheline;click"Delete"button.

Makesurethattherelatedpersondoesnothaveanylinktotheaddress.Returntosupplierregistrationrequestpagebyclicking"OK".

4. RegisterSupplier:JobClassificationsThisisthefieldusedtodefinethestatusofthesupplierasbeing"E-InvoiceTaxpayer"ornotandtoenterthequalitydocuments.

Informationcanbeenteredbypressing"+"button.

Intheclassificationfield,arangeofvaluesislisted.

Fromthislist,selectthedata,whichisrelevantforthesupplier.Hence,thisdataisaddedtothesupplier'sbusinessclassificationlist.

Whenyouclickon"Attachments"field,anewareaopens.Therelevantattachmentcanbeaddedfromthisfield.

Ifyouwanttoaddanoteaboutsupplierbusinessclassifications,clickonthepictureinthe"Notes"field,andenterthenote.

*E-InvoiceTaxpayerIfthesupplierisane-invoicetaxpayer,thisvalueshouldbeselectedamongthejobclassificationlinesandmark"Yes"intheline.Ifthesupplierisnotane-invoicetaxpayer,thislineshouldnotbeaddedorshouldbemarkedas"No".

*ISO–9001CertificateIfthesupplierhasanISOcertificate,therelateddocumentisselectedfromthevaluelistandaddedtothejobclassificationline.Thestartandenddatesofthecertificatemustbeselected.

ISOCertificateshouldbeaddedtothisfieldasanattachment.Press"Next"buttontoproceedtoBankAccountstab.*Noneoftheclassificationsareapplicable;ifanyofthevaluesintheJobClassificationlist do not apply to the supplier, mark " None of the classifications are applicable"

5. RegisterSupplier:BankAccountsThistabisusedtoenterthesupplier'sbank,updatebankinformationordeletebank'slink.

5.1 CreatingaBankAccountBypressing"+"button,bankinformationisentered.

Bankcountry,bankname,bankbranch,currencyinformationareselectedfromthelist.EnteraccountnumberaswellasIBANinformation.Itispossibletocreatemanuallynotetotheapprover.Bypressing"OK"button,bankinformationisadded.

Press"Next"buttontoproceedtoProductsandServicestab.5.2 UpdatingBankAccounts

OntheBankAccountstab,clickthelineofbankaccountthatyouwouldliketoedit.Whenthebackgroundcoloroftherelatedlineisblue,thecorrespondinglineisselected.Supplierbankinformationcanbeupdatedbyclicking"Edit"buttonlocatedonthelineoroverthelines.

Click"OK"buttontosavetheedit.

5.3 DeletingBankAccountsOntheBankAccountstab,clickthelineofbankaccountthatyouwouldliketodelete.Whenthebackgroundcoloroftherelatedlineisblue,thecorrespondinglineisselected.Click"Delete"buttononthelineoroverthelines.

Ifyouanswer,"Yes"tothisquestion,"Theselectedrecordwillbedeleted.Doyouwanttocontinue?",thebankaccountisdeleted.

6. RegisterSupplier:ProductsandServicesTheproductsandservicesthatthesupplierprovidesarelisted.Youneedtoselectoneproductorservicecategory.

6.1 AddingProductandServiceInformationInordertoaccessthelistofpreviouslydefinedproductsandservices,click"SelectandAdd"button.

ItisnecessarytoaddoneproductorserviceamongthelowestcategoryoftheProductandServicelist.

Afterselectingrelatedproductsandservices,click"OK"andproceed.

Press"Next"buttontoproceedtoSurveysection.

6.2 DeletingProductandServiceInformationByclickingontheproductorservicelinethatneedstobedeletedfromtheProductsandServicestab,click"Remove"buttonattheendofthelineorabovethelines.

Ifyouanswer,"Yes"tothisquestion;"Theselectedrecordwillbedeleted.Doyouwanttocontinue?",thecorrespondinglinefromthelistofproduct/servicesprovidedbythesupplierisdeleted.

7. RegisterSupplier:QuestionnaireSurveyquestionspreparedforthesuppliers,whowouldlikerequestregistration,areincludedinthissection.

1. CodeofConductandInformationSecurityPolicyInthissection,suppliersareexpectedtoreadandapprovethe"CodeofConduct"andthe"InformationSecurityPolicy".

Thesuppliersneedtodownloadandread"CodeofConduct"andthe"InformationSecurityPolicy",whichcanbefoundin"Attachment"tab.Ifthesupplierapproves,itisnecessarytocheck"Ireadandapprove"field.

2. ServiceNetworkThereisanothersurveyquestionwherethesupplierscanchoosethearea/areaswheretheycanprovideproductsandservices.Youcanselectmorethanoneboxinthisarea.

3. CompanyinformationWhencreatingsupplierregistrationrequest,itisnecessarytoattach"TaxRegister","ChamberofCommerceActivityCertificate"and"Company'sListofAuthorizedSignatures"inthisfield.

Press"Next"buttontoproceedto“Review"tab.

8. RegisterSupplier:ReviewInthissection,youmaypreviewtheinformationpreviouslyenteredinthesectionsforthesupplierregistrationrequest.

Aftercheckingsupplierinformation,ifthereisnoerror,thesupplierrequestiscreatedbyclicking"Register"button.

Ifyouwanttosendtherequestlater,click"SaveforLater"button.Itisnotpossibletosave"TaxNumber"withthisbutton.Thewarningmessagecontainsthisinformation."Yourregistrationrequestwassaved.AnemailwassenttowiththeURLtotheregistration.Anytaxidentifiersyouprovidedwerenotsaved."

Ane-mailissenttothesupplierrelatedpersonwiththisbutton.Whenyouwanttocompletethesupplierinformation,clickon"Completethesupplierregistrationrequest"buttonandcontinuewiththesupplieridentificationprocess.

Whensaved,theentereddocumentsaresentto"TekfenİnşaatveTesisatA.Ş.".After review, a positive or negative reply is sent to the supplier by e-mail. The supplierregistration request canbeaccepted, rejectedoradditional informationmaybe requested.Forthesethreecases,theinformationmessagestobesentareasfollows.

1. RejectionofSupplierRegistrationRequestIfyoursupplierregistrationrequestisrejected,youwillreceiveane-mailasbelow.

2. ApprovalofSupplierRegistrationRequest

Ifyoursupplierregistrationrequestisapproved,youwillreceiveane-mailasbelow.

8.1 AdditionalInformationonSupplierRequest

“Tekfenİnşaat”isentitledtorequestadditionalinformationforanyincompletefieldintheregistrationrequestorifanydetailedinformationisneeded.Inthiscase,thequestionmaybeaskedthroughthesupplierregistrationrequest.Pleasefindbelowanexampleforadditionalinformationrequest.
