Company profileQuarry & Mining is a modern manufacturer and designer of quality abrasion resistant wear parts, Steel and High Chrome castings. Our production units have a long history of supplying quality parts, competitively priced and delivered on time. Our company uses the latest foundry technology to produce finished products that meet the most stringent of inspections. Full quality control of all aspects of the manufacturing process ensures a consistently excellent result. We supply on a global basis, our products are in operation in each of the World’s continents. Quarry & Mining provides a vast range of Manganese Steel castings. Our range incorporates the majority of new high performance machines and all of the classic models that are still in operation. Our foundries produce castings in many sizes ranging from 10 Kg to 24,000 Kg We manufacture a wide range of both precision machined and associated spare parts which are often required to compliment the wear parts. Our product range is continually growing and we are also able to source parts we are not currently manufacturing ourselves. Scope of supplyOur core products are Manganese Steel Castings & Hi-Chrome Iron Castings. The range ofsupply includes:

The extensive range of quality stone crusher parts is available in all the most frequently used grades of Manganese Steel: 14%, 18%, 24%, these can be supplied either with or without Cr.

High Chrome Irons and Martensitic are also available for supply.

We produce a vast range of Manganese Steel castings for a wide range of makes and models of crushers. Our production units hold thousands of pattern designs; we offer a vast selection of crusher components to fit most of the major crusher manufacturer’s machines. We can offer standard designs or work with Clients to produce specialist designs to maximize Liner life.

Production facilitiesOur foundries have two 12 tonne induction furnaces, 750 Kg, 1t and a 3t intermediate frequency furnaces producing cast products ranging from 10 Kg through to 12 tonnes as required.

Annual capacity is 20,000 tonnes of high quality castings.

Automatic heat treatment furnaces and electric ovens ensure all specifications are adhered too.

The range of test equipment employed includes: optical spectrum analysis, ultrasonic, tensile testers, impact testers, and infrared ray thermometric indicators, assuring product quality.

All parts are visually and dimensionally inspected by our qualified personnel in China. All wear parts that go through our UK warehouse are independently PMI checked.

Cone crushers

Cone crushersMantles, Concaves, Bowl Liners, Torch Rings and Mantle Nuts are some of the wear parts that can be supplied along with Alloy Steel castings include Mainframes, Top Shells, Bottom Shells,Upper Frames and Countershaft Housings.
