FEBRUARY 10, 2013 BULLETIN RAY’S REMARKS: I hope you are having a great week so far. God continues to bless His family at Kansas Expressway. We have so much to be thankful for. I was so thankful for the nice weather this past Sunday. It was a beautiful day and that really seem to lift everyone’s spirits. I also love the fact that when the weather is better we have some of our members able to join us who are not normally able to be here during bad weather. Sunday was a great opportunity to worship God and to encourage one another in the things of God. We had some exciting news yesterday! Sister Sarah had her twins and they are beautiful and healthy. We congratulate James and Sarah, as well as Seth in the arrival of the new babies. God has blessed us with the Cartright family her at K. E. Let’s keep mom, babies and the family in our prayers. On a sad note we did hear today that our sister Willie Mae Cossey passed away last night. We certainly will miss her, but rejoice in the hope of Heaven she has as a faithful Child of God. Most of us know that sister Willie Mae has struggled with health for years and years. I am thankful that she is now at peace. Let’s keep her family in our prayers during this time of loss. I wanted to take the remainder of this article to let you know that our first day of broadcasting our services over the internet was a success. Yes there were a few kinks and some things that we need to work out and even improve a little. However, overall it went well and several have told us that it gave them the opportunity to be with us in services, although they were not physically able to come. I believe this is going to be a great tool for many in our area as well as throughout the world. We thank God and praise Him for giving us the ability and opportunity to start this good work. Well, I hope you have a great remainder of the week. Remember to always put God first in all things and you will never regret it. Furthermore, know that God always blesses the faithful. See you in services this Sunday. God bless! *Ray Sullins* SPECIAL SERVANTS ELDERS: DEACONS: GARY DALTON MARK MCCARTY - 844-4637 833-4219 DAVID FIELDER - 889-6450 DWAYNE GREEN - 732-1493 JERRY SULLINS SETH HASS - 345-1667 833-9903 LEROY HATHCOCK - 869-8434 EVANGELISTS: RAY SULLINS 883-8795 CHURCH OFFICE: 869-2284 CHUCK NORTHROP FAX/INFO LINE: 773-4903 862-9620 EMAIL ADDRESS: [email protected] WEB PAGES: KECHURCHOFCHRIST.COM THELIVINGWORDPROGRAM.COM BIBLEINSTITUTEOFMISSOURI.COM ZAMBIASCHOOLOFBIBLICALSTUDIES.COM KANSAS EXPRESSWAY CHURCH OF CHRIST 2540 N.
