meet on Sunday, July 6th, 2014 at the Church Sanctuary, immediately

after the Holy Communion Service under the President-ship of Vicar,

Rev. O.C. Kurian to transact the following Agenda:

� Agenda:

� Updates on the Gus Thomasson property.

� Financial situation of the church.

� Fund raising for procurement of a new car for Achen.

� AOB with the permission of the chair.

� All the members of the General Body are requested to be present in

the meeting on time, without fail.

� Emmanuel prayer fellowship will be held on Sunday, 07/13 at 6:30 pm at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Joseph & Bindu Koshy.

Special Prayer Fellowships

� Monday Prayer fellowship will be held on 07/07 starting at 7:00 pm at the Church.

� Fasting prayer on Friday, 07/11 at 10:00 am at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. C.C. Jacob & Leelamma.

Sunday School

� The 2014 Southwest Regional Junior and Senior Sunday school conference scheduled for July 4th thru 6th is postponed. The new date will be announced later.

ATTENTION ALL PROMISE PLAY AUDITION MEMBERS: “The Promise” play rehearsals continue this Monday, July 7, 2014.

We will be meeting at St. Paul’s MTC this Mon. 7PM – 10 PM.

TO ALL CHURCH MEMBERS:We thank you for your continued prayers for the August 2, 2014 program.

Tickets for the program will be going sale starting this Sunday.

There will be a table set outside the front foyer after Service to purchase tickets.

Tickets are priced at $20 for General Admission and $40 for Premium Admission

Sevika Sangham� Sevika Sangham and Parish Mission Center Meeting

� Saturday, 07/12 from 9:30 – 1:00 pm.

� Mrs. Tilu Saji Thomas (Sehion Mar Thoma Church) will be the main speaker.

� Election to the open post of South West Center A Sevika Sangham Treasure for 2014 – 2017 will be held.

� National Conference: The XV National Sevika Sangham conference will be held at Washington MTC on 10/02 –10/05. Early deadline for registration is 07/15 and late registration is 07/31.

� Based on 06/22 executive committee decision, the last day to participate in the survey is now extended to Sunday, 07/13 to allow more time for members to participate and let their voices be heard.
