Barnyard | July 9 - 13YeeHaw! It’s Stampede week. Nature | July 16 - 20Get ready for some exciting outdoor adventures! Exploring, scavenger hunts, nature walks and evensome planting. Let’s get our hands dirty and discover some of what nature has to o�er.*Additional cost: $14 TOTAL - $7-Iron Horse, $7-Big Hill Springs

Under the Sea | July 30 - Aug 3Let’s create our own under water oasis, transforming our camp space throughout the week with all ourcreations. Science | Aug 7 - 10Become a mad scientist with a jam packed week of experiments and engineering projects. To top it o� wewill visit Telus SPARK to see what else we can discover.*Additional Cost: $14, TELUS Spark

Emergency Services & Safety | Aug 13 - 17Safety �rst! We have a ton of exciting visitors and tours this week. Learn about all the people who help us inan emergency - Police o�cers, Fire�ghters and Paramedics. Payment PolicyA non-refundable deposit of $75 per week, per child is required at the time ofregistration to reserve your spot. Payment for the summer camp can be madeby cash, debit or credit card in store or over the phone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy• Deposits for the summer camp are non-refundable. • If YeeHaw Play cancels a program, a full reimbursement will be issued. • Any cancellations made before the last cancellation day are refundable minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after the �nal day of cancellations will be non-refundable.

IllnessTo provide a safe and healthy environment for all participants, sta� leaders willcontact the parent/guardian of any participant that gets sick while participatingin the program. If the parent/guardian listed on the Information form cannot bereached, sta� will call the participant’s emergency contact listed. Please do notbring sick children to camp. YeeHaw is not responsible for providing care to sickchildren.

Camp LeadersAll YeeHaw camp leaders are First Aid certi�ed and have provided a security clearance.They are quali�ed to manage and support summer camp participants. The ratios will varybased on the age of the group but will not exceed 1:12. This ratio does not include theadditional support sta�, student volunteers and sta� supervisor.

FoodDue to growing food sensitivities and allergies YeeHaw will not be providingdaily lunch and snacks for participants. Please ensure your child has packed awell balanced lunch and at least two snacks for each day of camp. We are anallergy aware facility so all lunches must be nut FREE. YeeHaw will provide onehot lunch and a special treat on Friday of each week. Please ensure your childhas had a substantial breakfast prior to camp as our days are very active andrequire energy.

Bag lunches are available for purchase and must be pre-ordered. The orderform is included in your registration pacakge.

*Everything must be labeled with child’s nameNo personal items or electronics are allowedat camp. This includes cell phones, iPods andiPads. Any personal items brought to camp willbe held by our sta� until the end of the camp day.

Drop o� & Pick up• All participants are to be dropped off at YeeHaw between 8:00am – 8:30am by the parent(s)/guardian(s) listed on the Information Form. If your child is being dropped o� by a third party not listed on the Information Form, the camp leaders must be noti�ed by a listed parent/guardian prior to the camp day. • All participants must be signed in each morning by their parent/guardian when they are dropped o�. This is to notify the camp leaders of any absents, and to ensure all children are on the attendance sheet. • If your child is going to be absent for a day of camp, please notify YeeHaw by calling us at 587-430-0909 option #5• All participants are to be picked up at YeeHaw between 4:30pm – 5:00pm by the parent(s)/guardian(s) listed on the Information Form. If your child is being picked up by a third party not listed on the Information Form, the camp leaders must be noti�ed by a listed parent/guardian prior to the camp day. • Staff must be notified if the parent/guardian is going to be late for either drop o� or pick up of their child. If a parent/guardian is more than 30 minutes late for pick up, the listed emergency contact will be contacted. • A late fee of $20 per every 30 minutes will apply for all late pick-ups. This is to cover additional sta�ng and childcare costs. These fees are payable at the time of pick-up.
