NHS Application Information:

Applications for new applicants and for officers for the 2021-2022 school year are now available. They can be found on my staff website under the NHS tab. Both applications must be turned in on paper. They can stop by my room, #2104 to pick up either applications

Officer applications are due to me no later than Monday 5/24 by 8am. The new officers will be announced by the end of next week.To be considered to be an officer you must already be an NHS member, and must currently be in 11th grade. Officer positions are only available to seniors.

Current 10th and 11th graders who are not currently a part of our chapter are welcome to start compiling their information for the application process. Applications are due by August 27, 2021 but may be turned in earlier once completed.

Summer Creek High School offers a wide variety of dual credit classes, which are opportunities for students to earn both college and high school credit while taking their SCHS course.

If your student is interested in taking dual credit classes in the 2021 - 2022 school year, it is important that you read and access the required steps below and linked here.  Both new and returning dual credit students must complete certain steps to be eligible to enroll.

Some of the present and future dual credit classes SCHS offers are: English III DC, English IV DC, Theatre DC, Pre-Calculus, Biology, Anatomy, and US History.    See below for information on these steps and contact information for any questions.
