IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE: prices exclude gst,  kitset (H5 poles, hardware, H3.2 timber, zinc  corrugate cladding,  consent­ready  plans, Builders Assembly Guide) .   Concrete and assembly not included  in kitset costs.  Based on High wind, 0.9kpa snow, Good Ground,  Importance level 1 structures  (not habitable) . No sea spray zone allowed for unless noted in writing.  Delivery to most places included, but extra freight cost may apply to some cases.   Unloading may be required for poles and timber.   Photos illustrations only.  Prices valid for all orders placed  before 31/3/20.   Building Consent   Application form and Site Plan completed for the Consent Assist option.  With our Consents Specialist we can also complete work re geotech, ground or drainage if required, at extra cost.   If wind and snow loads higher than we have allowed there will be extra costs.  Prices subject to engineering and may change without notice.  Greenwood Ts and Cs apply to all purchases   (can be emailed to you if required).     Valid for NZ­wide but extra freight costs will apply for some areas– please check with us to confirm if any extra freight costs apply.

To order your GreenWood shed:Step 1  Complete the coversheet by circling the shed you are after, and tick any Extras.  If you would like other specifications let us know and we will complete a specific quote for you.  

Step 2  Scan or phone­photo  and email to GreenWood at info@greenwoodinfo.co.nz or call our National Office 03 347 2599 Step 3  GreenWood will email you an invoice for the shed deposit (min $2500 + gst, or 10% of kit value).  Step 4  When the deposit is paid to confirm your purchase we will get your project underway!

Extra wall framing - take a good look at a GreenWood shed and you will see we normally add in an extra row of wall framing – to keep your walls straighter and stronger for longer.

Longer cladding screws - all the cladding on a GreenWood shed is fixed securely with 65mm screws – no nails and no shorter screws here.

Heavier flashing and ridging - All flashing and ridging is 0.55mm thick – we don’t use the lighter and thinner 0.4mm flashings or ridging

“Bird-proof” roof framing - All standard GreenWood timber-framed and LVL sheds have our “bird-proof” roof framing system. Sheds with steel rafters (sheds with very large clear-spans) require an optional flashing to make rafters “bird-proof”.

Building Consent Documentation - Option to have BC application form and site plan completed (council fees additional)

Heavily braced - high strength H5 poles and 50mm steel strap roof bracing – we do not use the much lighter and narrower 25mm steel bracing
