• Coordinate and provide support of the detailed project financial model for the $multimillion mining project, based on consolidated cash flows then allocated out to entities. The financial model provides an inter company loan to cover any shortfall in mining and refinery. Provide input data for financial model of all project components, contribution to assumptions (prices, inflation, exchange rates, working capital, taxes, depreciation, accounting, debt, fees, debt options), to part of operating costs. Financial model layout includes: debt and equity drawdown; senior debt repayment calculation, cashflow, P&L, balance sheet, senior debt, subordinated debt, shareholder loans, ordinary dividends, cash buffer, fees, dividends, tax and tax depreciation, etc. The financial model provide as output NPVs, IRRs and cash flows on which they are based. Entire model runs in MS Excel and VBA macros

• Provide business acquisition support for expanding operations in new emergent markets from Eastern Europe. Contribute to all stages of acquisition process including: financial evaluation I provided support for a in both phases, consisted of:

a) Preliminary phase - Financial Evaluation, Excel report - Strategy , Excel report - Risk Assessment , Excel report - Presentations for executive board-PowerPoint b) Integration Phase - Business Plan - Excel report - Integration Strategy,

- Cost of integration - Excel report- Payroll - Excel report
