S2 Partnership has provided specialist health, safety, fire and environmental consultancy to the commercial property sector since 1999. S2 Partnership’s own global market-leading online property risk management platform, RiskWise, helps over 10,000 clients to reduce their risk liability and ensure compliance – making proactive risk management easy. Clients include some of the world’s biggest commercial property managers and investment funds. The company also has its own internal workflow management system which schedules jobs and helps with report writing. Both applications were hosted with an international managed service provider but S2 Partnership decided it was time to review the market due to concerns over the quality of service as the provider grew.
