Job Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection:

Handling complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, compensation discussion and Reference Checks.

Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the specifications through - Internal databases, Employee referrals, Job portals, campus recruitment and recruitment consultants.

Conducting the HR interview Pre and post joining formalities Conducting Induction programme for the new employee Creating Job Descriptions and KRA for each of the position .

Operational HR

Maintaining Attendance & Leave Record of employees across all locations Maintaining Employee Database & Personal File of Employees Handling statutory compliances and IR activities. Handling manpower of contract labors and related issues. Formulating organization structure as per business plan and approved position Formulating and updating HR policies, procedures and guidelines

Training and Development

Identifying the training needs of the employees with discussion with the department heads.

Preparing the training calendar. Organizing the training programs. Taking feedback from the employees regarding effectiveness training. Taking feedback from the faculty in concern to the participants. Preparing and forwarding Training report to Management and HOD.

Performance Management System

Assisting with performance management issues, ranging from hiring, rewards, and recognition, to discipline and termination.

Coordinate with HOD’s for developing KRA for all employees. Make people aware of PMS. Ensure timely completion of all phases of appraisal

cycle. Coordinate for goal setting of employees, Performance review and final yearly assessment Assisting the HR Head to conducting appraisal exercise. Preparation of Offer Letter, Promotion Letter, and Increment letters after the

discussion with higher authority. Maintaining up to date performance record of each employee.

Salary & Compensation Management:

Prepare salary break ups and salary restructures according as per Company’s structure.

Ensure all statutory payment done on time

Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

Enhance employee relations through Motivational activities e.g. celebrating festivals, Birthday, Annual picnic, celebrating successes & many more

Coordinate the dissemination of information to notify and advise employees on HR policies, programs and norms and adherence to the HR policies.

Handling day to day grievances as well. Single point contact for employee Services (Insurance / claims/ reimbursement).

Administrative & Facilities Management

Responsible for MIS systems & billing process for Transport & Travel function of the organization, auditing invoices.

Admin invoice checking & processing. Supervise the housekeeping, Security & maintenance team Coordinating with mobile service provider for the corporate and International

connection Repair & AMC of office machine and equipments. Coordinate with banks to open salary bank account of employees.
