Procedure:
1. Disperse OPTIGEL-WX in Water and add phase B
2. Heat Phase AB and Phase C separately to 75°C
3. Add phase C to phase AB while stirring and mix until homogeneous
4. Cool down to 40°C and adjust pH with citric acid to 6-7
5. Add the rest of phase D step by step
6. Pour into an appropriate container
Stability:
Stable for at least 6 months at RT and 40°C
Stable for at least 1 month at 50°C

1. Heat phase A until it is melted
2. Add one by one phase B and stir until uniform
3. Pour phase AB into lip stick mold
4. Cool down to RT
Stability:
Stable for at least 6 months at RT and 40°C
Stable for at least 1 month at 50°C

1. Disperse OPTIGEL-WX into water and stir for 10min under high sheer
2. Add one by one the ingredients of phase B, adjust pH to 7.0 with citric acid
3. Heat phase AB and phase C separately to 80°C
5. Add phase C to phase AB and stir until uniform
6. Cool down to 50°C and add one by one phase D
