ŞİRKET PROFİLİ VE TARİHÇE

Sürü Tekstil ticari faaliyetlerine 1960 yılında Uşak’ta başlamıştır. Birinci kuşağın bilgi ve tecrübelerinin, eğitimli ikinci kuşağa aktarılması ile 2003 yılında ticari faaliyetlerden sanayi faaliyetlerine geçiş yapılmıştır.

2003 yılında Denizli’de dokuma fabrikası kurulmuştur. 13.000 m² arazi üzerine kurulan 8200 m² kapalı alana sahip fabrika 20 milyon metre üretim kapasitesi sahiptir.

2003 yılında yatırımlar Haşılhane bölümü ve yeni dokuma makineleri ile desteklenmiştir. Müşteri ihtiyaçlarına hedeflenen zaman ve kalitede cevap verebilmek, üretimde ilke edindiği kalite ve yenilik anlayışının sürekliliğini sağlayabilmek ve sahip olunan güven çizgisini korumak için yapılan çalışmalar yeni yatırımlarının göstergesi olmuştur.

Takip eden yıllarda kapalı alanlar arttırılmış, ve 2013 yılında gelişen teknoloji ve sektör dinamizmine hızlı uyum sağlamak adına yeni nesil makine yatırımı yapılmıştır. Yeni makinelerin sahip olduğu teknoloji ile kalite, üretim hız ve kapasitesinde bir adım öne geçilmiştir.

Paralelde kurulan kalite departmanımız ile ürünlerimizde hedeflediğimiz kalite standartlarında, sürekliliğini sağlayarak müşterilerimizin memnuniyetini devam ettirmeye çalışmaktayız. Üretilen bir ürünün; üretim, kalite, depolama ve sevkiyat gibi tüm süreçleri bir barkod (RFID) sistemi ile yönetilmektedir. Bu sayede, verimlilik, zaman tasarrufu ve müşteri memnuniyeti konusunda hedeflediğimiz çizgiye ulaşmaktayız.

2013 Ekim ayında başlattığımız, 9.600 m² arazi üzerine kurulacak 5.000 m² kapalı alana sahip olan yeni tesisimiz, 2014 Haziran ayı itibariyle hizmet vermeye başlamıştır. İkinci tesisimizin sahip olduğu klima sistemi, üretim parkur düzenlemesi ve üst teknoloji makineleri sayesinde, üretim hızımızı, kalitemizi ve ürün konumlandırmamızı bir üst seviyeye çıkarmayı hedeflemekteyiz.

2 fabrikamız ve 300’den fazla fason üretim yapan makinelerimiz ile aylık 3 milyon metrenin üzerinde üretim gerçekleştirmekteyiz

•Makine tipinde çeşitliliğe gidildi.

•Havajetli makineler ile yüksek verimlilik ve performans hedeflenmektedir. 4

Yeni nesil makineler ile, 90-326 cm enlerinde müşteri talebine

istinaden istenen özelliklerde kumaş üretimi yapılabilmektedir.

Üretim, haşılhane, çözgü ve kalite departmanları arası bilgi

transferi sistemsel olarak takip edilmektedir. Ayrıca, el

terminallari ve rfıd ile üretim, kalite ve sevkiyat sistemsel olarak

bilgi eksiği olmaksızın yapılmaktadır.

KALİTE VE HAŞILHANE

Üretilen bir ürünün; üretim, kalite, depolama ve

sevkiyat gibi tüm süreçleri bir barkod (RFID) sistemi ile

yönetilmektedir. Bu sayede, verimlilik, zaman

tasarrufu ve müşteri memnuniyeti konusunda

hedeflediğimiz çizgiye ulaşmaktayız.

Üretimden çıkan tüm ürünler, paketlenmeden önce

kalite kontrol işleminden geçirilmektedir. İlgili süreçle

ilgili olarak sistemsel kalite raporu hazırlanarak

müşteri ile paylaşılmaktadır.

Insource haşılhane departmanı mevcuttur. Bu sayede,

hedeflenen kalite ve zamanda üretim yapılabilmektedir.

COMPANY PROFILE / HISTORY

Sürü Tekstil started its merchandise business in 1960 in Uşak, Turkey. The first generation owners have well passed the knowledge and experienced they had to the second generation owners and thereby the core business switched from merchandising to industrial operations in 2003.

The weaving factory was established in 2003 in Denizli. The factory was established on 13.000 m² land and it has 8.200 m² closed area. The production capacity is 20 million meters.

The investments made in 2003 have supported by the Sizing section and brandnew weaving machinery. The new investments and the supporting activities in order to keep up with the quality standards customers wish for, show our desire for innovation and high quality products.

We have increased our closed area significantly in the subsequent years and in 2013 we have invested in new generation machinery in order to implement the new technology and adapt to the sector dynamism quickly. We got ahead of our competitors with the new technology, high quality, production speed and capacity brought by the new machines acquired.

We are trying to maintain the customer satisfaction with the collaboration of our quality control department by ensuring certain levels quality and their continuity on our products. A barcode system (RFID) is used to in the entire course of production, quality check, storage, and shipping stages. Therefore, we manage to reach our targets on productivity, time-saving, and customer satisfaction

We started the construction of our new plant, which will be established on 9.600 m² land and will have 5.000 m² closed area, in October 2013 and expected to start production in June 2014. The new facility will have a unique air conditioning system, production line arrangement, and superior technology; all of which will bring us to the next level in terms of quality, production rate, and product positioning.

With the help of our new machines, we can produce 90-326 cm width fabrics based on the customer orders.

In its weaving, the company employs 255 weaving machines and manufactures 36 million meters a year of a wide range of home textile products such as ;
