BRAVO SERIES SPI are robust portable PQ loggers for substation. It measures all PQ parameters according to the measuring methods from IEC 61000-4-30, Cl. S. Main applications are: to measure voltage compliance at substation busbar, measurement and record of PQ parameters on busbar and load profiles on feeders (up to 32 current channels).
Typical BRAVO SPI configuration with accessories
The purpose of this multifunction instruments is registration off all PQ parameters for each feeder in low voltage facilities. Measuring: frequency, voltage, current, phase angels, unbalance, harmonics, flickers. Calculating: active, reactive, harmonic and apparent power, energy, PF. Record of voltage events like dips, swells and interruptions. Statistic analysis of measured results according to EN 50160.
4 voltage inputs 0-400 VAC
3 to 32 current inputs 0-3000 AAC (CT - dependable) Measuring sensors for current are Rogowski coils up to 3000A Sampling 128 samples/cycle, continuous measuring cycle 200ms Built-in internal UPS battery with autonomy of 10 min Power supply from the measuring circuit, external network or internal UPS The choice of main memory aggregation interval from 200 ms to 2 h The concept of data marking (Flagging) Flicker measurement according to IEC 61000-4-15 Measurement of harmonics and interharmonics up to 50th according to IEC 61000-4-7 Analogue input for Pt100 temperature sensor (option)
512 MB internal memory for all measured parameters Saving the max and min values with timestamp Daily profile for a given date and for a day with a max consumption

ALFASOFT - Software for data collection and analysis | Basic PC software for data collection and analysis is included for free with every instrument. The stored data can be transferred from the instrument using various communication interfaces (USB, Wifi). Software displays various graphs, charts and tables. Each stored data can be processed and visualized in details. Software supports various data export formats including xcl, cvs i pdf. According to user requirements, specific reports can be added for specific applications.
ALFASOFT software package consists of the following modules:
AlfaEval.BASE module for advanced processing of archived data – trend visualization, archives, reports, export AlfaEval.DAQ module for work with instrument: settings, collection of archived
data and export to other formats Alfa Eval.ONLINE module for online communication with meter and read of actual measurement values
AlfaEval.BASE module allows easy and flexible overview of data from multiple instruments: The main archive contains all important values which
are recorded at pre-selected intervals (200 ms – 2 h). M and S profiles of the measurements with a one
minute aggregation of most important values – voltage, current, power, frequency, etc.
PQ Main archive is available only for instruments that supports PQ features. Contains 10-min data and weekly evaluations according to EN50160.
PQ Events contains events in voltage (dips, swells, interruptions) which are stored along with the start time, end time and phase.
Energy Archive contains data of energy consumption in the four quadrants and three tariffs.
Pmax Archive contains max 3-phase power value of the current month.
AlfaEval.DAQ module is used for communication directly with the instrument using a local or remote communication, and provides: Instrument setting and wiring testing Search and download archives captured from the
instrument and store them in the default database or file (binar, CSV, XLS)
Review records of all values, including phase diagrams and waveforms of voltage and current.
