Application

DMS Triol TM01-03 is the baseline of all the Triol’s measuring equipment. The system is specially designed to monitor oil well parameters and temperature of electric motor and transfer the data to controller of the control station. Monitoring the parameters allows optimizing oil production and taking timely actions to protect the electric centrifugal pump unit.

TM01 is designed to monitor the following operation parameters:

ТМN01-03 is designed to monitor the operational parameters and is arranged in the station cabinet.

The basic design version is intended for connection to the power transformer with a high voltage winding having a neutral conductor («star»).

The climatic version and placement category of the surface unit is UHL2 according to GOST 15150, the height above sea level – not exceeding 1 000 m, the atmosphere type — II according to GOST 15150.

The downhole unit is designed to operate in a well under conditions of the stratum fluids (mixture of oil, produced water and associated gas). The downhole unit is meant for operation under the following environmental factors:

Application

Outdoor DMS surface unit Triol TM01-03-SA features higher IP than the standard version. In can be installed outside the control station enclosure. Triol TM01-03-CA is suitable for outdoor operation under a wide range of temperatures; it reliably acquires data from the downhole unit and transfers data to controller of the control station. Oil production optimization and downhole equipment protection are the new features, which any control station operated with Triol TM01-03-CA will obtain.

It is specially designed to transfer the data from downhole units by Triol, Borets, IRZ to controllers of control stations Triol, IRZ, Electon TMS-2 in any combinations. Application

DMS Triol TM01-04 is a high precision version of Triol TM01-03 and features more functions than the baseline system. Triol ТМ01-04 can substitute a range of devices used in hydrodynamic study of wells. Therefore, the use of high-precision TM01-04 allows to reduce hydrodynamic study expenses by decreasing well downtime as it does not require removal of electric centrifugal pump unit. It also allows to construct more accurate pressure and fluid level recovery curves in the course of the hydrodynamic study without removal of electric centrifugal pump unit.

Application

DMS Triol TM01-05 features measuring fluid temperature and pressure at the pump discharge. The use of Triol ТМ01-05 provides additional control of electric submersible pump unit operation. The measurement of differential pressure can be useful to determine precisely condition of the pump without taking it out of a well. Measuring temperature at the discharge allows to avoid operating modes where intense scaling on electric submersible pump unit effectors occurs.

TM01 is designed to monitor the following operation parameters:

• Submersible motor oil temperature;• Fluid temperature;• Submersible motor upper frontal part winding temperature;• Submersible motor oil pressure;• Submersible motor vibration acceleration in axes X, Y and Z;• Temperature at the pump discharge;• Pressure at the pump discharge;• Pump vibration acceleration in axes X, Y and Z;• Pump capacity;• Buffered wellhead pressure;• Casing wellhead pressure;• Water-in-oil content at the pump discharge (ppm);• Insulation resistance of the circuit «three-phase oil-cooled power transformer -

ТМN01-05 is designed to monitor the operation parameters and is located inside the station cabinet.

The basic design version is intended for connection to the power transformer with a high voltage winding having a neutral conductor («star»).

The climatic version and placement category of the surface unit is UHL2 according to GOST 15150, the height above sea level – not exceeding 1 000 m, the atmosphere type — II according to GOST 15150.

The downhole unit is designed to operate in a well under conditions of the stratum fluids (mixture of oil, produced water and associated gas). The downhole unit is meant for operation under the following environmental factors:

Application

DMS Triol TM01-06 can be easily integrated in the double electric centrifugal pump unit between submersible motor and the lower pump. Triol ТМ01-06 operates under the pressure of 500 atm, which is more than any other our downhole unit. With all the advantages and functions of the baseline DMS, Triol ТМ01-06 – as a part of variable frequency control stations – provides monitoring and safe operation of a double pump unit, increases MTBF and reduces specific power consumption.

Application

EDR submersible motors are designed for use in abnormal conditions, they are corrosion resistant and can be fitted with additional heat exchanger. The motors are used as drives for submersible centrifugal pumps for pumping the fluid from oil wells with vertical inclination angle of max. 60°.

The motors are manufactured in three design versions as per their heat resistance:• Standard — for use in the stratum fluid at maximum temperature of 120 °C;• Heat resistant — for use in the stratum fluid at maximum temperature of 150 °C;• Improved heat resistant version — for abnormal conditions: for use in the stratum fluid at

maximum temperature of 170 °C.2. Motors, which are intended to operate in abnormal conditions, are available in

oil leakage and thermal oil volume changes during the motor operation and when the motor is stopped are provided by means of GZR-92, PR-92D, PB-92, MNB-5-92 protectors, as well as other 5, 5A centrifugal pumps protectors with the corresponding coupling dimensions.

7. The motors are supplied with the pre-filled MDPN or MDPN-S oil, depending on the temperature design version, or with other oils that are not inferior to these oils as per the characteristics.

Application

ESPR5 Electric Submersible Pump is designed to pump stratum fluid from a well and feed it to the surface via the tubing (NKT). • Operating Manual. Includes the main parameters and characteristics of the product, its design; service conditions, components, reliability, marking and packing; installation of the product, preparation for operation and operating procedure; possible faults and remedial actions; maintenance, safety precautions, transportation, storage and disposal.

• Installation Instructions. Contains requirements for installation, commissioning, adjustment, testing and regulation of the equipment during the installation process. Allows correct installation of the product.
