GOAL AREA PHYSICAL EDUCATION, RECREATION AND SPORT IN GCMCGuide students Campestre Marie Curie Gymnasium, in the development of Motor Competition in training people who appreciate and understand theoretical knowledge dimension of physical activity as one of the pillars of its quality of life , contributing to its formation integral over a solid proposal , sequenced and based in sporting , recreational and axiological that results , a positive change in their habits and quality of life.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
First cycle: Preschool through second grade: Use basic movement patterns through exploratory phases as the basis of their motor.Second stage : Third and fourth degree driving motor and perceptual functions the basics of pre - sports related stimuli captured by the senses , as an effective tool for sports initiation .Third cycle: Fifth through seventh grade: Using integrated movement motor experiences and physical condition to modify and strengthen the development in sports according to their level, thus promoting the proper use of leisure time.Fourth cycle: Eighth and ninth grade: Understand the theoretical dimension of knowledge of physical activity, creating healthy habits that are reflected in their quality of life.Fifth cycle: Tenth and tenth grade: Understand the theoretical dimension of knowledge of physical activity, creating healthy habits that are reflected in their quality of life, technical management of sports grounds.
SPECIFIC SKILLS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION, RECREATION AND SPORTS
The motor competence, understood as the construction of an autonomous corporeality that gives meaning to the development of motor skills, physical abilities and movement techniques reflected in knowledge and skills useful in dealing with personal cultivation and the constantly changing demands of the environment with creativity and efficiency. The body expressive competence must be understood as the body of knowledge about self ( thoughts, feelings , emotions) techniques to channel the emotional (release tensions , overcome fears , accept your body) of Availability body and communicative with others, through the expression and possible representation , flexible, efficient and creative gestures, postures , space, time and intensity . The body axiological competition, understood as a set of culturally determined values as vital knowledge and skills acquired through physical and recreational activities, to build a lifestyle oriented care and preservation, as a prerequisite for understanding the social values and respect for the environment.Thus, to clarify before considering the proposal, it is necessary to recognize that the curriculum presented here is based on the specific skills of physical education, recreation and sports, established by the Ministry of National Education in the Learning Suggested this area and is then related to the processes and components that must be taken into account in the planning of activities.
