Admission Procedure1. Submit the below Documents: Passport Copy All the Academic Documents 2 Recommendation Letters Updated Resume SOP
2. Attend the Telephonic or the Skype Interview from the Program Manager of the School.
3. Collect the Acceptance Letter and the make the 1st payment to the school approx 3000 Euro’s.
4. Get the Receipt of the payment and the temporary accommodation letter from the school for visa filling.
Visa Filling ProcedureSTEP BY STEP PROCEDURE
1. Register online on www.india.campusfrance.org. Once you have registered online and fill the “CampusFrance form”,

interview with the Education Advisor, for which you will have to appear in person and furnish ALL mandatory documents (originals + one set of photocopies). The set of photocopies will be attested against the originals and returned to you at the end of the interview.
3. FEE PAYMENT Deposit Rs. 12,500/- (Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft - drawn in favor INSTITUT
FRANCAIS EN INDE, at a BNP PARIBAS branch) by filling a deposit slip available in the bank. Contact details here below.

Visa Filling Procedure4. Appointment with the French Consulate As soon as you have received an appointment for the academic interview
from the CampusFrance office, you may request an appointment for the consular interview at the French Consulate (for a date after the academic interview). For details, please visit www.vfs-france.co.in (*Students applying to the Consulate General of France in New Delhi must contact the Campus France office for this procedure)
Visa fees payable at the consulate 50 Euros. Note: CampusFrance interview and Consulate appointment are two
distinct procedures. Campus France is not in charge of the visa and therefore cannot be hold responsible for its issuance or refusal.
Documents required for Campus France1. Original and valid passport 2. ALL academic records since 12th with degree certificates 3. Work experience letters or work contracts ( If Applicable) 4. All internship certificates ( If Applicable) 5. CV 6. Acceptance letter from French Institute 7. Bank deposit slip- BNP Paribas Bank 8. Passport size photograph
Note : Document checklist may vary depend on Campus France requirement. When
student will request to Campus France to make an appointment, they will get
checklist from Campus France accordingly.
Required documents for Visa Filling1. Long stay visa application form correctly filled, dated and
signed. This form can be downloaded on www.vfs-france.co.in
2. Passport with a minimum of three months validity beyond the validity of the requested visa and two blank pages + copy of the first page (applicant’s identity) and the last page (parents’ name and address)
3. Two passport-size photographs not older than 3 months. One must be attached to the application form. Please visit www.vfs-france.co.in to know the photo specifications.
4. CampusFrance ID Number 5. Short curriculum vitae 6. Copy of your diplomas, degrees and certificates 7. Letter from company in case of work experience
Required documents for Visa Filling8. Copy of the tuition fees payment certificate + proof of the
payment.9. Financial statement (details of funds available / Expenses
statement).10.Proof of financial means For students with scholarship : certificate from the institution with the amount
and the duration of the scholarship For other students : last three month personal bank statements – Certificate from
the bank for a student loan – If you have a sponsor (parents, friends…), last three month personal bank statements of your sponsor with a letter to certify that he will sponsor you.
A minimum of 615 euros/month is required for every day life (food, medical, transport…)
* Any other investment portfolio other than bank statements and fixed deposits will not be accepted

the institution with the address of the accommodation - Accommodation provided by an individual : undertaking by the person to
accommodate the applicant with copy of her ID card and her property deed or lease agreement, last income tax paper or family book (livret de famille)
- Hotel : confirmed reservation and necessary resources to cover costs (confirmation for one month)
14. OFII certificate request form for more than 6 months of studies. You
can find this document at the consulate, VFS facilities or on the OFII
website (www.ofii.fr)
