If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice as no-shows greatly affect out students ability to complete their learning outcomes We will priorities our loyal clients when booking treatments Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment time to fill out necessary forms and allow us to begin your treatment on time Under 16 years (including babies and toddlers) are strictly not permitted in the treatment rooms Over 16 years and under 18 years requires and adult to be present during all services Students are not permitted to perform services on infected skin & nail conditions
