in conjunction with Apples products, media, teaching

and learning. This is one of the leading

navigation systems Podcast (Personalon Demand and broadcasting) used in

the process of study, and it is popularin universities in other countries, such

as UC Berkley, Stanford University, MIT and others

through mobile devices such as Notebook and iP-hone, iPad and iPod. The Assumption University

mode also combines the technology of Live Broad-cast, iTouch & Learn of the university is an innovation

mobile learning system perfect system used as a toolto support learning outside the classroom capably.

What is the systemof iTouch & Learn?

This allows the stu-dents not to be limitedto the classroom aloneanymore (Take the

room out of Class-room). The systemfacilitates students tolearn anywhere, any-time via mobile com-puting devices such as computer, notebooks, netbooks, Macintosh platforms, and Windows includingmobile devices such as iPhone, iPad and iPod there

are 3 main functions which students can use as be-low:

1.Live Broadcast systemStudents will be able to learn through mobile devicesresident within the internet, wired or wireless, suchas LAN, Wi-Fi, EDGE or 3G (speed depends onthe Internet at that time) as Real Time Broadcast-ing. By being able to view with full text formats (DualSource) live lectures with audio (Audio and Video)and materials such as PPT Slides, Video, Text simul-taneously on the same screen, which is innovativeMobile Learning.

2. On-Demand Learning System

Students will be able to access each time the contentof teaching and learning for each subject anywhere

with computer equipment and mobile phones thathave the Internet signal (Classes on the Fly) to re-view lessons. Therefore learning is not limited to justthe university or in the classroom anymore.

3. On-the-Go LearningSystem

For quick and easy review of each lessonfor each subject, students will be able tosync. (Synchronization) data of the studyin each type as Dual Source throughiTunes program, which supports both

Macintosh and Windows systems intothe iPhone, iPad or iPod that allowsbrowsing anytime, anywhere. n addition,the system also supports the RSS Feedwhich allows the system to automaticallyupdate the student immediately. Datain each class changes so the device issyncing as to update information always.

Additionally, students and teachers areable to exchange ideas and informationthrough the Wiki and Blog which is theperfect space to share information and

news of a house in the form oftext data (Text) images, videoor audio. Users can thereforeshare and respond to com-ments. Both, the Teacher orstudent can have control overwho will be able to commentthrough Web board which move

anywhere at any time wheneverone wants to share informationon groups, including the abilityto share schedules or appoint-ments within the group throughthe Shared Calendar.
