Theme of the EventThe Engineering Forum “Structure, an Essence of Architecture” aims to bring Structural Engineers and Architects to bridge the gap between the two communities. The theme will cover contributions on creative and scientific aspects in the conception and construction of structures, on advanced technologies and on complex architectural and structural applications which represent a fine blend of scientific, technical and practical novelties in both fields.
IA&B intends to bring this interaction to the next level to address the urgent need to stimulate the inventive and creative design of architectural structures to persuade architects and structural engineers to further collaborate in this process, exploiting together new concepts, applications and challenges.
