Online Trading Demo – EXE Platform

1) Kindly enter www.axissecurities.in within your browser window2) Click on the DOWNLOAD option for accessing the EXE download files

1) Within the Download section, download Installation Guide as the first file followed by DIRECT ACCESS, FORGOT PASSWORD & WINDOWS 7 (only if you are a Windows 7 user)2) Please go through the installation guide and install accordingly. Once installed successfully, you shall have AXIS Securities logo on your desktop

1) Double Click on the DIRECT ACCESS logo to open the application

1) Kindly click on the green icon to LOGIN within the application

1) Kindly enter your User ID & Password. Please note password is case sensitive.2) If you are logging in for the first time, system shall prompt you for a change in password3) Kindly click on NSE EQ, BSE EQ & NSE F&O along with a tick mark on Renew Config.

1) Click on MARKET – MARKET WATCH, it shall display a blank market watch2) As a next step, you would need to create a Market Watch profile. You can create multiple profiles online

1) For creating a Market Watch, kindly click on TOOLS – PORTFOLIO.2) It shall display a new window within the application

Portfolio Creation

1) Within the PROFILE window, please add a Profile Name2) Select the exchange, instrument & mention the symbol. In the screen above, we have added RELIANCE and clicked on submit.3) All stocks within different segments under NSE Equities shall be displayed. Please select all “EQ” series when you want a stock under NSE. Click on ADD

Add Portfolio

1) Once you add multiple stocks to your portfolio, kindly click on SAVE.2) In case if you wish to delete any stock from the portfolio, kindly click on REMOVE and SAVE

1) In case if you wish to delete a particular portfolio, kindly select the PORTFOLIO NAME and click on REMOVE PORTFOLIO.2) System shall throw a confirmation message for you to accept or decline.

1) To access your preferred Market Watch, kindly click F4 or MARKET – MARKET WATCH2) Click on SCRIP PORTFOLIO and select the Portfolio Name

1) You shall be able to view your stocks/contracts within Market Watch.2) Every Market Watch has lot many columns, you can choose to add/delete depending on your preferential view. You can even move columns, resize & sort on the same.

1) Right click within Market Watch & select SAVE to save all the changes you did within your existing Market Watch2) Now right click & select COLUMN PROFILE.

1) A new window shall pop up, add the COLUMN PROFILE NAME, select all the columns you want to add to your Market Watch2) Click on ADD to add all such columns selected by you. You can even choose to move columns UP/DOWN depending on your preference.

1) In case if you have selected multiple columns, kindly click on SIZE TO FIT

1) You can choose to view Multiple Market Watch within the same screen. You can choose to have a customised layout.

1) Once you have your preferred layout, kindly click on FILE – SAVE WORKPLACE2) Next time when you login, you can choose to open the same screens by clicking on FILE – LOAD WORKPLACE

1) For accessing more info on any security/contract, kindly click on THE RESPPECTIVE STOCK/CONTRACT and click on VIEW – SECURITY/CONTRACT INFORMATION2) You shall be able to view the respective exchange codes, info like Market Lot, Issued Capital, Info on Book Closure/Record Date3) Most important, you shall be able to view the applicable Margin Percentage if you wish to trade this security under Margin Trading

Security / Contract Information

1) Once your Market Watch is set, lets look at buying shares. For buying shares, you would need to transfer money using our Payment Gateway facility2) Click on LINKS - TRANSFER FUND. A new window shall open up, kindly select one bank out of our preferred banking partners, you shall be able to view your bank account number, select the product you wish to trade/invest in, enter the amount & click on SUBMIT

1) You shall be redirected to the banking website2) Enter your Net Banking User Id & password to proceed further

1) Post logging in, select the same account number, click on CONFIRM.2) System shall prompt for a transaction password, post you click on SUBMIT on that, there shall be a reference number generated.3) Please note till the time you do not get a reference number, do not close that particular browser window.

1) Once you get the reference number, kindly click on KINKS – FUNDS VIEW2) Select ALL EXCHANGE COMBINED EXPIRY from the periodicity drop down.3) Click on SUBMIT, check the figure against FUNDS TRANSFERRED TODAY4) Please note for delivery you require 100% funds, for Margin Trading, you can have 2-5 X exposure depending on the stock/contract selected.

1) For placing a BUY order, kindly click on the stock/contract and press F12) Order Panel shall be opened, please select the ORDER TYPE as “RL”, enter the quantity, price & product type as DELIVERY/MARGIN. Please ensure that all investment BUY/SELL orders are marked under DELIVERY and trading BUY/SELL under MARGIN trading3) Click on SUBMIT & CONFIRM

1) Message Panel beneath the Footer panel shall display the order reference number & the status2) Click on ORDERS – ORDER BOOK

1) Within the ORDER BOOK, you can filter on Exchange, product, Symbol or Status through right click.2) In case if you wish to Modify/Cancel any order, kindly select the respective order and right click on MODIFY/CANCEL links available within the ORDER BOOK.3) You can also select columns you wish to see within Order Book as also take an ONLINE BACKUP of your ORDER BOOK as well.

1) Within the ORDER BOOK, you can filter on Exchange, product, Symbol or Status through right click.2) In case if you wish to Modify/Cancel any order, kindly select the respective order and right click on MODIFY/CANCEL links available within the ORDER BOOK.3) You can also select columns you wish to see within Order Book as also take an ONLINE BACKUP of your ORDER BOOK as well.

1) Click on ORDERS to place orders through using options available here. You can also choose to Place Derivative Orders, or Place Multi Leg orders from this section2) Multi Leg orders are useful when you wish to create a spread position within Derivative contracts.

1) Any executed order can be viewed within VIEW - TRADES2) You can filter on Exchange, Symbol or Product Type.3) You also have a choice to select columns or take an ONLINE BACKUP of the entire TRADE BOOK

1) You can view your net position through VIEW – NET POSITION2) In case if you wish to square Off your position, kindly right click on the position & select Square Off option

1) Lets look at Selling shares now. For selling shares, you would need to click on STOCKS – STOCK WATCH2) Click on the Stock name & right click in order to sell the same.

1) In case if you wish to request for a funds pay-out or would like to withdraw the funds deployed for trading/investing, kindly click on LINKS - TRANSFER 2) Within the new page that opens up, kindly click on TRANSFER FUNDS – FUNDS WITHDRAWAL-ALLOCATION

1) Within the same window, click on TRANSFER FUNDS – FUNDS REPORT, it shall display a periodic log for all the funds transfer initiated by you using our Online Payment Gateway2) You can choose to download or take a print of the same..

1) Going back to VIEW section, you can choose to activate your tickers, access BHAV COPY, choose or remove toolbars & view ADMIN Messages2) You can also choose to deactivate the INDICES VIEW you currently get to access on extreme right hand top corner

1) VIEW – ADMIN MESSAGES would display all recommendations flashed online by Axis Securities. You can view the same within your Market Watch, bottom message section

1) MARKET section allows you to view all info about the current market scenario. Info like Market Picture, Market Movement, Most Active Securities, Top Gainers/Losers, Index Details etc.2) You can also access Filtered Profile Watch & Derivatives Chain through this section

1) LINKS – PASSWORD SETTINGS allows you to reset your password automatically from hereon.2) Enter your current password & select a SECRET QUESTION & SECRET ANSWER, click on SUBMIT.3) Post doing this, henceforth whenever you face a password related issue, you can visit FORGOT PASSWORD section, answer the secret question and your password shall be sent on your registered email id.
