Identify, track, locate, and analyze your physical assets. By compiling asset data — such as location, cost history, warranties, claims, meters, and documents — with this application, you can maximize productivity and extend asset life.

Work management

Track all aspects related to work performed on assets, from installing new equipment to issuing corrective or preventive maintenance work orders. The ability to track and manage work requests, labour, planning, and scheduling enables you to make the most of your resources while improving productivity. For example, you can use Infor EAM Xelerate to approve requisitions for plant maintenance. You can easily view these work requisitions to see specific information, such as parts, service time, and personnel needed to fill the request. After reviewing all the details, you can approve the requisition online.

Preventive maintenance

Create preventive maintenance tasks based on a fixed date, flexible time period, or metered usage. You also can incorporate routes with a task under a single work order to service multiple assets that share similar requirements. Infor EAM Xelerate can automatically adjust maintenance schedules to compensate for early or late preventive maintenance work accomplishment.

Materials management

Monitor and control the inventories of storerooms to minimize inventory holdings while fully supporting part and supply demands. Tools including class calculations and assignments support parts receipts, issues, returns, and cycle counts. This module offers a choice of automatic storeroom replenishment methods: Min-Max or Reorder Point-Order Quantity.

Purchasing

Ensure that the right parts are ordered, and track delivery times and goods receipts. This module addresses blanket purchase orders and quotation processing. Mobile

Mobile makes it possible to download work assignments from the Infor EAM Xelerate database, using docking cradles or dial-up and wireless connections. This automates virtually every aspect of maintenance and data collection, and allows users to create field-based work orders, use drill-down menus to retrieve detailed information about a piece of equipment, and capture actual “wrench time” as work occurs.

Hosting

Hosting simplifies the maintenance of systems and software. Infor can host facilities’ asset performance management software and databases on their servers, freeing up your IT department and other resources. Application users access the Infor EAM Xelerate solution through a secure Internet connection. Since the software is housed by Infor, application updates and patches are included. Hosted solutions eliminate costs associated with hiring additional IT staff, purchasing hardware, and backing up data. The solution is extremely secure, efficient, and cost-effective.

Graphical user interface

Access the application through a standard web browser, a familiar tool that fosters user acceptance and reduces training. This application also features a built-in, drag-and-drop screen designer that allows you to custom design screens without any prior programming knowledge.

Predefined reports

Select from a variety of predefined reports including assets, materials, purchasing, scheduling, and work.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

Leverage the software’s pre-configured KPIs, which are based on industry best practices.
