This document provides a list of prices for

Agency Ingram Micro’s creative services. All

work is guaranteed to meet brand guidelines.

Both creative design and web development

projects are calculated based on our hourly

rate of $150. All projects include 2 rounds of

modifications integrated into the project’s

price. If further modifications are required,

they will be billed at $250 for 2 extra rounds of

modifications thereafter.

All projects work on a 2-day SLA which

begins once a complete brief outlining what is

PRICING OVERVIEWrequired and all content — including images

of appropriate quality and text — required to

begin the project have been provided.

All external artwork supplied for vendor

communication projects must comply with

both Ingram Micro & the represented vendor’s

branding guidelines, which Agency Ingram

Micro is obligated to maintain. Any artwork

that does not meet this criteria will need to be

revised and re-submitted to meet this criteria.

Outsourced telemarketing services include lead generation (eDM campaign with telemarketing follow up), cold calling, nurturing campaigns (ongoing follow-up of leads over weeks/months to enable lead transformation, event sign-up/registration, market research & end-user research, service level management.
