• To create and sustain a school environment that improves lifestyle results (personal , health, social, academic, work, etc.) for all students by making problem behavior less effective, efficient and relevant, while making desired behavior more functional.

• Continuously assess behavioral management practices at the school to assure effectiveness
• Examine patterns of behavior (ex: time of day, locations) for effective behavioral interventions
• Develop and implement a school-wide reward system
• Establish and maintain parental involvement and support
• Oversee, monitor and evaluate all the planned objectives and activities that are developed by the team
