    Marshmallow Fudge

    Ingredients:

    100g white or pinkmarshmallows

    450g icing sugar 100g unsalted

    butter 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp milk

    Method:

    Sift the icing sugarinto a bowl andmake a well in themiddle.

    Put themarshmallows,butter, vanilla andmilk in a saucepanover low heat andmelt and stir untilcombined andsmooth.

    Pour into icingsugar and mix untilsmooth.

    Line an 18cmsquare pan withbaking paper andgrease the sides.

    Pour mix into panand put in thefridge for a coupleof hours to set.

    What you need:

    Contact Tissue paper Cellophane Scissors

    What to do:

    Cut your piece of contact. Peel back the backing paper halfway. Cover the sticky surface with torn pieces of tissue paper or

    cellophane. Peel back the rest of the backing paper and carefully fold the

    sticky side over the tissue paper/cellophane. You can rub ascrunched up tissue over the surface to help remove anybubbles.

    Now you can cut your contact into any shape you like and attachit to a window to let the sun shine through it.
