The Aon Center and Prudential Plaza bus
services are permanently merged. The Aon
Center Express and the Prudential Fast Track
Express provide combined service to both
Aon Center and Prudential Building
employees. Tickets purchased in the Aon
Center are honored on the Prudential bus,
while those purchased by Prudential Plaza
employees may be used on the Aon Center
bus.
A 10-ride ticket may be purchased for
$17.50 at the Associated Bank Chicago, in the
lower lobby of the Aon Center during bank
hours. Ticket holders should board the buses
on the Randolph Street side of the Prudential
Building. A total of eight buses provide shuttle
service.
