President’s Page March, 2010

I know that when the Big East Tournament is just around the corner, so too is the NAIFA-SYRACUSE’S annual Sales Congress! Sales Congress is now less then a month away and our Committee has been working diligently to prepare for this event. The two speakers that we have booked are both headliners, so I don’t envy the person who has to tell one of them that they will be opening for the other! But they are also both quite different… Frank Maselli, is one of the most exciting and dynamic keynote speakers in the financial services industry today. He has over twenty-five years of experience as an advisor, manager and a senior executive with a major global money management firm. He has written several books and also does career coaching for FA’s. Check out his website at www.frankmaselli.com for more info. Adam Solano, the immediate past president of NAIFA-Chicago, 3 time Court of the Table qualifier, and one of the hottest young speakers in our Industry, is our other Headliner. Adam is considered part of “the New Guard” of NAIFA. He was just named one of NAIFA’s, 4 under 40, and remains extremely involved with this organization. We our very excited that we have been able to book both of these speakers and brought in over 30 vendors to network with our association. Now, we just need to make sure that we get the word out to all the insurance and financial advisors around Central New York to make sure they come out to this event. Warmest regards,

Andrew J. Baker, CRPC NAIFA-Syracuse President
