PETITE FAWN (4) was best to begin. ROSEY’S LASS (5) lost momentum checking off the heels of CLOVER BRIGID (2) after the start. BANJO BEAU (7) galloped on the back of KINGSBRAE LADY (8) in the back straight. ROSEY’S LASS (5) shifted in on CLOVER BRIGID (2) approaching the top turn resulting in CLOVER BRIGID (2) losing considerable ground. CLOVER BRIGID (2) was examined by the GRNSW Veterinary Surgeon and no apparent injury was found.

FEISTY FIE (4) and TEE SNOW (7) raced tight through the turn into the home straight. RED COAT (2) finished the better over the concluding stages to take the lead.

FINAL VERDICT (5) and SEDUCTIVE SMILE (9) collided after the start. Approaching the bottom turn KINGSBRAE CHOOKY (1) shifted ground hampering SEDUCTIVE SMILE (9). At the same time DAB LIVY DAB (10) stumbled off the heels of KINGSBRAE CHOOKY (1) shifting ground hampering FINAL VERDICT (5) and BIG TURLS (6). MONBO BEACH (7) and CHARMING CHAOS (8) came off the back of BIG TURLS (6) who checked wide after this incident all greyhounds losing significant ground. BIG PRINCE (4) took the lead in the back straight.

KINGSBRAE BIDDY (2) eased off the heels of UNCLE DAWELL (1) through the catching pen resulting in YOU TELAM LEWIS (4), ADIOS DORADO (5), MAGIC RAE ROSE (6), KOORINGA ERIN (7) and CLOVER FRAZER (8) all hampered losing momentum. BLUE MAX (3) moved up on the inside of UNCLE DAWELL (1) passing the 635m boxes to take the lead.
