Sterison Architecture Team

Provides advisement and solutions to project managers on issues of architecture, design, technologies and frameworks; enhancing services quality and engineers teams productivity. It is our “elite” team.

Works as our R&D department, researching new technologies and frameworks.

QA Process Quality Assurance

Responsible for ensuring that the organization is following the defined processes

Involvement in each project during their lifecycle: tailoring, audits, monthly meetings, audits

SEPG Software Engineering Process Group

Support Model


Sterison will provide off-site support, i.e. the staff will not be based at customer premises and thus will provide assistance by phone and email.

The scope of support is primarily aimed at trouble-shooting and response to problems, and does not therefore include enhancements to the applications.

A support staff will be assigned to handle the case reported and try to understand the nature of the problems as described by the end-user as problem report form.

The assigned support staff will call back end user to determine the nature of the problem. She/he will then attempt to resolve the problem.

After the problem has been resolved, the information will be recorded in the case. The case will be updated with the status resolved.

The following will be provided during the warranty period:

Phone-In-Support or Email Support Services on application problems encountered.

A temporary work around if the defective/malfunction application software cannot be fixed within the agreed stipulated hours. Sterison will inform customer on when a resolution is expected whenever a temporary workaround is provided.

Change request policy:

When the customer raise the change request, Sterison technical and functional team will evaluate the proposal based on that the task and man days can be calculated. The CR cost will be calculated for the roll and man days who required for completing the task based on Sterison rate card. Further section describes the rate card by each role.
