Position Overview

Primary purpose of the role

Provide Administrative support to a range of Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives that will deliver top-talent to ensure FACS will be able to carry out its delivery of services to the people of NSW making NSW a great place to live, work, and visit.

Key accountabilities

• Provide Administrative support in the delivery of key initiatives of the Talent Acquisition Strategy

• Prepare project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates and meeting minutes from strategy meetings

• Collaborate with team members on projects and day to day priorities to ensure deadlines are met and results are achieved.

Skills Needed:

• Intermediate Microsoft Suite Knowledge (Excel and Word)

• Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders in a professional setting

• Willingness to learn new ideas and be bold (express ideas and ask questions)

What they will learn:

• Exposure to one of the most exciting Fields in the HR Space

• One on One coaching from various members within the Talent Team

• Participate in working groups delivery strategic plans for the TA group

Ideal Degree/Discipline

Commerce, Business Administration, Psychology, HR

Eligibility Requirements

Second last or final year of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree

Australian citizens and permanent residents only

Identify as having disability

Candidates may be required to undergo a background check security clearance
