What better way to highlight the reason behind this career change than with a Personal Story on the left side (that included a picture of her transformation!).

*NOTE: Jane was directly informed about an open position. She needed a résumé to help tell her story.

I have not included the cover letter or LinkedIn profile compilation in this presentation – but it was part of the final product.




THE COMPREHENSIVE LEADERSHIP RÉSUMÉ…

This is a detailed (more traditional) résumé that is formatted to be ATS friendly.

All shading and boxes are actually created using the ‘shapes’ tool and set to hide behind the text.

A Branding Headline, Qualifications Summary, and Areas of Expertise section are all at the forefront of this résumé.

Detailed career accomplishments are found within the Professional Experience section.

We end this résumé by directing the reader to visit his online LinkedIn profile.

THE 1 PAGECAREER SNAPSHOT

Here is what I refer to as a networking/marketing résumé

(aka: infographic résumé).

All the pertinent ‘selling features’ from the Comprehensive Leadership Resume are here. But we have eliminated all the bulky text and visually presented the value proposition.

This Financial Leader was directed to use this document as part of his entire job search package.

The page ends with:
