Regional certificates will be given out at science fairs to projects deemed eligible. All students receiving a certificate are encouraged to apply online for the Wyoming State SJWP Competition. If you feel you have a qualifying project, you are also eligible to submit your project online by April 15 for consideration for the state prize even if you have not received a regional certificate. RMWEA will select the state prize from the online applicants and may conduct phone interviews with the top candidates. One student will then be awarded the state prize and the opportunity to attend the national competition. If you feel you have a qualifying project, regardless of whether you participate in a science fair, you are also eligible to submit your project online by April 15, for consideration for the state prize even if you have not received a regional certificate.
