> What: • During tunnel investigation work at the Wilshire Bl/San Vicente Bl intersection, an anomaly was discovered

within the tunnel alignment• A work zone has been implemented to support mitigation activities prior to tunneling through the intersection

> When: • The current work zone (Phase 1) will be in place through November• A second phase of work is anticipated to start in November• A new work zone (Phase 2) will be implemented within the Wilshire Bl/San Vicente Bl intersection

> Construction on the roof has begun

> The concrete for each roof section will be poured from Wilshire Bl into the station box.

> These pours are anticipated to occur once every 2 – 3 weeks. Lane reductions on Wilshire Bl will be required to support this work. Typical work hours are between 12am and 4pm.

> Intermittent daily lane reductions on Wilshire Bl may be utilized for ongoing material delivery in advance of roof pours.

Request for 2020 Holiday Moratorium Exemption

> The Holiday Moratorium Waiver Request will go forward for City Council consideration on Tuesday, October 27, 2020

permitted by applicable public health orders to provide indoor dining at 100% capacity

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
