From the President’s Desk The Ferguson Library is about lifelong learning and per- sonal growth. No matter your age, we have a resource or program for you. The city is the foundation of our budget, but we also rely heavily on gifts to make up the difference or expand programs. The American Dream Literacy Grant (see below) will allow us to grow services. Individual donations can help us purchase new material. Each gift counts but sometimes the timing will make an individual gift turn into a much bigger one. By giving to The Ferguson Library on Fairfield County’s Giving Day, March 9, your small gift when matched with others can become a much bigger gift. What is Giving Day? It’s our region’s biggest philanthropic event of the year, and a chance to support the nonprofits that make a difference in our community. On March 9, go to FCgives.org and make a donation of as little as $10 to The Ferguson Library and your other favorite nonprofits.
