Global Vision International has built more than 160 long term,

volunteering projects in more than 40 countries around the world.

GVI’s international network of field staff has built and managed these

projects on the ground in close collaboration with local community

members to ensure both sustainability and a measurable impact. From

wildlife conservation to helping to educate children, GVI’s projects

offer volunteers the chance to help make a lasting impact in areas

that matter to them.

Join thousands of international volunteers each year working with GVI

Camps International operate a permanent network of international

volunteer camps in the heart of rural communities and wildlife

conservation areas in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Borneo, Cambodia,

and Ecuador. Projects vary from constructing school classrooms

and supplying drinking water to wildlife conservation, teaching,

reforestation, environmental education and marine workshops.

Achievements are measured through real results, with over $10.4

million invested, 30 schools built, 600,000 trees planted and more

than 30,000 lives improved.

Camps have won the ‘Best Volunteering Organisation’ in the

In 2009, STA Travel launched a partnership with the Planeterra Foundation. Planeterra is a non-profit organization that helps empower local

people to develop their communities, conserve their environment and create humane and supportive systems for their endeavours.

Planeterra gets to the root of local challenges by supporting:

• Local solutions to human needs in tourism hubs

• The conservation of ecosystems where the impact of tourism is increasing

• Entrepreneurial small business development where the travel economy brings growing opportunities to local vendors

• Responsible management of iconic destinations to protect important historic monuments and human heritage

• Emergency response to climate-related and natural disasters in travel destinations

In 2010 STA Travel committed $1,000,000 over five years to develop our new volunteer travel programs in support of Planeterra’s projects.

In addition to supporting the volunteer projects, STA Travel has raised $80,000 to develop a Community Resource Centre on Koh Phra Thong in

Southern Thailand, $25,000 to fund a safe drinking water project in Bocas del Toro, Panama, and has recently completed fundraising for a new

project; a children’s ward at a hospital in Kikuyu, Kenya. If you would like to learn more or donate - visit www.planeterra.org

Volunteering can be a unique and life-changing experience. It also looks fantastic on your resume demonstrating independence, adaptability and

the ability to engage with people of all different backgrounds. Most of all it’s fun! However, you need support and guidance wherever you are in

the world and our projects ensure you have this. While you may be able to find projects where you can volunteer for free, there is no guarantee

that these projects are sustainable and well run, actually benefit the local community in a meaningful way, are set up with travelers in mind, or

actually offer a good experience on the ground with valuable long-term work. Your money means we can achieve all of the above and also make a

lifelong impact to our selected projects. It is crucial to bringing about positive change to the lives of the children, communities, environment and

wildlife STA travelers visit everyday.

As for the remainder of your money, we and our partners dedicate significant time, money and effort towards finding sustainable and credible

projects that offer travelers authentic experiences, while simultaneously contributing to the local communities. The costs to administer and

support these programs cover recruitment, training and other services to ensure you get all the assistance you need before you travel. It’s vital

that you’re prepared to ensure you have a rewarding and safe trip.

We’re ‘customer-obsessed’ and know what it means to volunteer. STA Travel has sent over 100 of our own employees from our stores and offices

around the world to visit these programs. Check out our website or make an appointment with one of our travel experts in store to find out more

about the project that appeals to you the most.

pROjECT REsEARCH AnD DEVELOpmEnT

The money you pay for your trip is passed on to our partners, who then spend it

in-country, supporting local communities, employing local people, providing food,

accommodation and services for volunteers amd ensuring the overall smooth running of

the project. A proportion of this money also goes directly to the project as a donation.

This donation ranges from 20% to as much as 70%.

Attention thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies! This trip has your name all over it. New Zealand isn’t nicknamed ‘Adrenaline Capital of the World’ for nothing you know. Fall madly in love with the beautiful South Island, exploring its beauty and its huge list of adventurous possibilities. You’ll hike the picture-perfect Franz Josef Glacier, weave the remote fiords of Doubtful Sound, bike Central Otago and experience one of the world’s most scenic train journeys. We haven’t even mentioned Queenstown yet, where you can do absolutely anything and everything that involves the words ‘adventure’ or ‘adrenaline!’

01Christchurch Today’s agenda: whatever you like! Arrive into the ‘Garden City’ at any time today as you don’t meet your Chief Experience Officer (CEO) and tour buddies until 6pm this evening.

02

Christchurch / punakaiki Fancy starting the day with one of the world’s most scenic train journeys ever? We thought so. Catch the famous TranzAlpine train which crosses NZ’s South Island via the Southern Alps. You might have to pinch yourself as you drift off into a ‘I can’t believe I’m here’ type trance! Afterwards, head to beachside Punakaiki to enjoy a barbecue built using driftwood collected from the very beach you’re sat on! (B, D)

03-04

punakaiki / franz josef national park Start your day by trekking the ‘Pancake Rocks’ of Punakaiki and for a few essential scrapbook snaps. Then it’s back on the road to follow the winding coastal trail towards the legendary Franz Josef Glacier. Park up for the evening and get cozy at tonight’s unique stopover - a wilderness lodge set deep in the heart of the rainforest. On the morning of Day 4, meet a local mountain guide for an included trek of the amazing, the incredible, the mind-blowing Franz Josef Glacier - this would be an appropriate time for a drum roll! Get your super-sexy ice climbing boots on and learn how to cut steps into the ice to walk up Franz Josef’s terminal (ice) face. Fear not, your hard work will pay off and you’ll be rewarded with extraordinarily stunning views of the area. (2B, D)

05-07

franz josef national park / Queenstown It’s an early start this morning as you travel to the picturesque Lake Matheson. If you time the weather just right you can get an awesome photo of the Southern Alps reflected in the lake. Follow the rugged West Coast Road a bit farther, stopping off for nature trails and waterfall visits on the way to the epic Queenstown. Most people come to Queenstown with one thing on their mind: to plunge through thin air off a bridge, feeling their heart jump out of their mouth and to say they’ve jumped at the world’s original commercial bungy site. The adrenaline bug is very contagious so it’s lucky you have another two days free to make the most of all that Queenstown has to feed your new-found adventure addiction! Get involved in jet boating, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, canyon swinging, sky diving or touring some of the area’s world-renowned vineyards. (3B)

08

Queenstown / Doubtful sound Leave pulse-racing paradise behind you and journey to Fiordland National Park, the definition of rugged beauty at its finest. You might experience deja-vu when you first see this incredible place, here’s a clue for you – ‘Lord of the Rings.’ Boat across Lake Manapouri and meet up with your local kayaking guides who will paddle with you through the National Park below imposing cliffs and powerful waterfalls. Keep your eyes peeled for local residents including abundant birdlife, dolphins, seals and penguins. (B, L, D)

09-10

Doubtful sound / Central Otago Spend the morning paddling back to the wharf, then transfer by bus to the historic central Otago mining country where you’ll rest up in a miners’ hotel! On Day 10, drive to one of the best starting points of the Historic Otago Rail Trail and spend the better part of the day cycling through stunning scenery, making stops for local food and wine on the way. In the evening if you fancy, opt to try your hand at luging! (2B, L, D)

If your aim is to challenge yourself with an epic hike that will unfold a tale of an ancient civilization and incredible constructions, which although hidden for centuries have stood the test of time, then this is the trip for you. Time in Cuzco will allow you acclimate to the Andean altitude and give you an opportunity to explore its colonial past. A tour through the Sacred Valley will bring you face-to-face with local life at a women’s weaving co-operative and a chance to purchase quality souvenirs.

Lima Arrive into Lima at any time and get out exploring this underestimated city. The vibrant neighborhoods are colorful and the colonial center is charming. There are various activities such as paragliding on offer – what better way to see the city? In the evening, you’ll meet the rest of your tour group, so why not head out with them to sample some Peruvian cuisine including refreshing ceviche, a citrus-marinated seafood dish. Wash it all down with Peru’s famous cocktail, the Pisco Sour. Its ingredients - locally-produced grape brandy and egg white - may not sell it, but trust us, it tastes good and it will probably be the first of many! Don’t drink too much though, it’s an early start in the morning.

02

cuzco You’ll fly from Lima to the sophisticated colonial city of Cuzco over the Andes Mountains, taking in the spectacular views. Cuzco sits at an elevation of 3,400m (11,200ft), so acclimatise yourself with a coca tea overlooking the beautiful architecture of the main square. Head to the markets and pick up that Peruvian jumper you’ve always wanted and as many alpaca woolly hats as you have friends back home. Poke your nose into the museums and churches and try some authentic Peruvian food - guinea pig and one of the 3,000 varieties of potato that are grown in and around the Andes. If time permits, you can head out of town on a biking, horse riding or an action-packed river rafting trip.

03

sacred Valley / ollantaytambo Today is a full-day guided tour through the Sacred Valley and on to the Ollantaytambo ruins. You’ll uncover hidden mysteries at ancient Inca sites, getting you excited for the big journey ahead. You’ll visit a Planeterra weaving project in a local community, where you can buy quality textiles direct from the women who’ve made them. Working your way along the route of the Urubamba River amid the lush agricultural backdrop, there will be more shopping opportunities at the local Pisac market before winding up in pretty Ollantaytambo. The town and fortress of Ollantaytambo have a strategic location overlooking the Urubamba River Valley, and this major ruin site is a well-preserved example of the ingenuity and engineering ability of the Inca. Ollantaytambo is a relatively quiet town and it’s best to spend the evening relaxing ahead of tomorrow’s epic adventure.

04-07

inca trail to machu Picchu The views and complexity of the Inca constructions are mesmerizing and it will all help to keep your mind off the long walk to Machu Picchu. You’ll move from high plateaux to dense cloud forest, crossing over three high passes with the most challenging, known as ‘Dead Woman’s Pass’, standing at a dizzy height of 4,200m. Your local porters will race ahead to create a camp complete with coca tea and nourishing food to keep your strength up, allowing you to walk the trail with just your daypack filled with essentials. Along the way, pause at beautifully-sited ruins such as Llactapata and Phuyupatamarca, and pass through original Inca constructions including a causeway and tunnel. On the final day, it’s a relatively short walk and then a climb up the steps to Intipunku, the ‘Sun Gate’, to watch sunrise over Machu Picchu. The magical sight of these mysterious ruins and perfectly-engineered terraces will take your breath away. Its existence was known for centuries to the indigenous population, but it was not until a local boy led the American explorer, Hiram Bingham, to the site in 1911 that its fame started to spread into the outside world. You can walk around Machu Picchu and even climb up to Huayna Picchu or visit the Inca Bridge before catching the train back to Cuzco. (3B, 3L 3D)

08cuzco This tour is done, but you may not be. Why not volunteer with some under-privileged kids in Cuzco, or head into the Amazon Jungle to spot some fascinating creatures? Peru and South America has plenty more to offer, the only question is just what to do first.

01dubai Arrive at any time today. The day is yours to relax at the hotel or explore all that Dubai has to offer. Shop ‘til you drop or even go skiing in the Mall of the Emirates, visit the man-made Palm island or head to the Old Town for a taste of the traditional.

02

dubai / desert camp After a hearty breakfast, set off on a tour of this flamboyant city. You’ll soon see Dubai is a city of contrasts. Experience modern skyscrapers sitting side-by-side with traditional souks. Take in the over-the-top Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world) and find Dubai’s soul in the Bastakia area and the old Fahidi Fort. This afternoon, head off in a 4WD to the desert for an exhilarating thrill ride over some of the highest sand dunes in the world. Your evening meal will involve a mouthwatering barbecue and a belly dancing show. Relax under the night sky decorated by millions of stars and fall asleep to the sound of silence in your desert camp. (B, D)

03

desert camp / nizwa (oman) Cross the border from Dubai to Oman. These destinations might be geographical neighbours but their characters couldn’t be further apart. Enjoy a scenic drive towards the city of Nizwa and the impressive fortress of Jabreen. Continue to the ancient and imposing Bahla Fort for a photo stop. Head back to Nizwa to visit the 17th Century fort complete with battlements, turrets, secret shafts and false doors. Also visit the bustling local souks, famous for silver and copper handicrafts. (B)

04nizwa / Wadi Ghul / Jebel shams Today you’ll visit the truly spectacular Wadi Ghul, Oman’s answer to the ‘Grand Canyon’. Next stop is ‘the Mountain of the Sun’ - Jebel Shams. This is one of the highest peaks in the region and offers incredible alpine views. This afternoon explore the ancient mud brick villages of the village of Al Hamra. (B)

05

Jebel shams / sur / muscat This morning it’s off to Sur, a charming sea-faring town with a bustling trading port and historic dhow yard. Travel the coastal road passing high cliffs and small fishing villages. Visit the ancient city of Qalhat, the oldest settlement in Oman. You’ll visit the famous sinkhole, part of a collapsed mountain which is filled with turquoise sea water, before stopping to enjoy a swim in the ocean. Arrive to Muscat in the late afternoon and enjoy an evening at leisure. (B)

06

muscat / dubai Rise and shine for an early guided tour of Muscat. Visit the architecturally remarkable Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. See the Al Alam Palace the home of His Majesty the Sultan. After a scenic drive the next stop is Muttrah where you’ll stop to explore the port and the winding alleys and back streets of the colorful historic souk. Return to Dubai by early evening, where your tour comes to an end. (B)

Geographically, Dubai and Oman are neighbors, but in terms of character, they couldn’t be further apart. The former, an oil-rich Emirate, is known for its glitzy style and over-the-top architecture, while the latter, a paradisaical Sultanate, ranks as one of the region’s most relaxed places. What they have in common, though, is centuries of tradition and ample room for adventure. On this short but totally awesome adventure, you’ll discover ancient spice-trading ports, secluded wadis, busy souks, homestays and camping amid pristine desert sands that stretch to the horizon and beyond.

Sign yourself up for this 15-day Egyptian extravaganza! Combine the fascinating ancient Egyptian temples, pyramids and relics with some incredible cruising along the River Nile in a traditional felucca boat. Slow things down with some beach time along the shores of the Red Sea, head out to beautiful dive spots, slap on a snorkel and float away to your heart’s content. You’ll be culturally satisfied, inspired and superbly relaxed by the time you head home. Choose this trip and not only is a great group of like-minded travel buddies, but you’ll also be traveling exclusively with 18-39 year olds.

01-02

cairo Arrive into Cairo International Airport. Take your included transfer from the airport to the hotel and join your fellow travelers and trip leader in the evening to learn more about the adventure that lies ahead. The following day, start with a visit to the Egyptian Museum. You could easily spend an entire day in here but your trip leader will drag you away for a tour of Giza, the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx. Opt to see the Pyramids from a unique perspective, on board a camel! In the evening, you’ll jump on the overnight train to Aswan. (B)

03-04

Aswan / Abu simbel / Aswan Arrive into the laid-back riverside city of Aswan this morning. Opt to visit a Nubian Village to learn about the lifestyle and customs of this region’s original inhabitants. Take the chance to dine on the banks of the Nile in the evening. On Day 4, make an early departure to Abu Simbel and visit the incredible temple built by Rameses II. Visit also the magnificent Temple of Hathor, which was built to honor the Goddess of Love and Rameses’ wife, Queen Nefertari. On your return to Aswan, you’ll board a felucca boat before setting sail on the River Nile. (2B, L, D)

05felucca sailing A full day of sailing awaits! On board your felucca, the Nubian crew will take care of all the cooking and sailing duties, giving you the chance to do as much (or as little) as you wish. It’s a relaxing day, spent reading, soaking up the sunshine and checking out the activity taking place on the river banks. (B, L, D)

06

Luxor Stop off at Kom Ombo, where you’ll explore the temple with an Egyptologist. Continue to the ancient capital of Luxor and opt to go to the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. Check out the gold and silver markets in town, where you can pick up some unique jewelery at good prices - don’t forget your haggling skills though if you want to secure the best bargains! This evening, there is an optional trip to the sound and light show at Karnak Temple. It sounds cheesy, but it’s a unique way of bringing this incredible complex to life. (B)

07-08Luxor / Valley of the kings / hurghada Take a guided tour to the amazing Valley of the Kings and visit the Ramesseum Temple. In the afternoon, transfer to the popular resort of Hurghada on the Red Sea. The next day, enjoy some rest and relaxation in the resort and enjoy the sand, sea and sunshine. Later, depart for Dahab on the Sinai Peninsula, traveing by overnight bus. (2B)

09-13

dahab Arrive into the resort of Dahab and check into your hotel. Dahab means ‘gold’ in Arabic, a reference to the golden sands and, while many of Egypt’s Red Sea resorts have become over-developed to cater to the needs of package tourists, Dahab remains an authentic place where backpackers mix with an increasingly chic crowd of independent travelers. Spend the next few days soaking up some sunshine at your own leisure. Swimming, snorkeling and watersports are all on hand, and the town is famous for offering the amazing dive sites and reefs at nearby Ros Mohammad National Park. If you want to get active, there are other optional activities available including thrilling desert safaris on quad bikes or camels and an option to climb Mt. Sinai for an incredible sunrise. (5B)

14-15

cairo In the morning on Day 14, you’ll leave Dahab and set off into the mountains of the Sinai Peninsula on your way back to Cairo. Spend your last evening exploring the city. Take the chance to have one last dinner with your traveling buddies and perhaps pick up some last minute souvenirs at the Khan El-Khalili bazaar. Your tour ends after breakfast on Day 15, and you are free to depart at any time. (2B)

trAVeL insurAnceOK, travel insurance isn’t the most exciting thing in the world, but it could be the most important purchase you make before you take off on your travels. You must take travel insurance before you leave and you won’t be able to get travel insurance once you leave. The chances are that you’ll have the time of your life and you’ll return home with a big smile on your face – but just in case things don’t quite go according to plan it’s very wise to have a safety net in place for that extra peace of mind. So if you plan to cycle around colorful city streets, cross a few roads, eat weird and wonderful food, cart your expensive camera or iPod from hotel to dorm or go snorkeling in fish infested phosphorescent waters – then make sure you ask us to organize the right coverage for you.

heALthIt’s your responsibility to obtain proper and detailed medical advice in good time before departure. We suggest that you check out the excellent Centers for Disease Control website at www.cdc.gov for up-to-date information. Your local doctor can also give advice on which vaccinations you’ll need for particular countries.

VisAYour trip of a lifetime will quickly grind to a screeching halt if you forget to sort out your entrance visas. Please don’t forget to check with the relevant embassy if you need to get a visa for the countries that you plan to visit.

stA trAVeL inc. notices, terms And conditionsWe are STA Travel Inc. and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to STA Travel Inc. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a reservation through us or otherwise using our services.

1. our Agreement with you We sell a variety of travel related products from different suppliers and service providers (“Suppliers”). Each Supplier has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them. Certain software and content found on our website are owned or licensed by us or our Suppliers, your use of which may be subject to further conditions. Our website, which is referred throughout this Agreement, can be found at www.statravel.com.

STA Travel is acting as intermediary or a “Booking Agent” for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with such products and services.

deposits and Payment Any deposits from you are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers.

We reserve the right to refuse personal checks as a method of payment. After full payment, the conditions of the contract with your Supplier may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. If we are acting as your Booking Agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full.

documentation Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee should you make a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy.

cancellations and changes Your contract with your Suppliers may allow them to cancel or amend bookings. If we are your Booking Agent, we will ensure that you are promptly notified of any significant changes once we become aware of such change if there is time before your departure, but we accept no liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result. Subject to the Supplier’s terms and conditions, you will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements if one is made available by the Supplier, or canceling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds. We do not guaranty that any refunds will apply.

If you have booked a flight and we are alerted to a significant schedule change by your airline before you leave the United States, we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please ensure that you have given your contact email address to us and that you regularly check for messages before you leave. We have no control over airline schedule changes and accept no liability for costs which may arise as a result of such changes.

After you have left the US, it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We strongly recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of each flight to do this. Please note that for some airlines it is mandatory to confirm with them your intention to fly.

right of california customer to make claim on the california travel consumer restitution fund You may be eligible for a refund for losses to a registered seller of travel that participates in the California state refund program. If you were located in California at the time of your purchase, you may have a right to file a claim for loses with the California Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation. Certain restrictions apply. For a claim form and additional information, write to:

Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation P.O. Box 8474 Northridge, CA 91327

2. your Agreement With us your Acceptance of these terms and conditions

By booking your arrangement with us or using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including Parts 1-3 of this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions of any Supplier that are applicable to your booking, travel arrangements or use of any website content. You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all such terms and conditions, including the payment of all amounts when due. You agree that any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (b) your forfeiture of any monies paid for your reservation or purchase, (c) you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service, and (d) our right to debit your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

You represent and warrant that (a) you are of sufficient age to use our services and website and can create binding legal obligations in connection with your use, (b) you are legally authorized to act on behalf of those you represent and accept these terms and conditions on their behalf, and (c) the information supplied by you or members of your group is true and correct. You are responsible for informing such other persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements. You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.

if you change your Booking Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, our standard service fees will apply in addition to any additional Supplier charges. Please contact your original booking agent to enquire about changes or review the ‘Travel Help’ section of www.statravel.com for details of how to request changes. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the product purchased.

Changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and other Suppliers. While we will endeavour make such a change if necessary, please bear in mind that most airlines and Suppliers treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply.

Flights must be taken in the sequence they appear on your ticket or eticket confirmation. If you plan not to take a flight as booked, please contact the airline as far in advance as possible to discuss your options. If you do not check in on time for a confirmed reservation, the airline may register you as a ‘no-show’, which could result in extra charges and/or your whole flight itinerary being cancelled and/or render your ticket void.

if you cancel your Booking If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your Supplier(s), our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation. We need to receive from you your original voucher before any applicable refund can be considered. If you decide to cancel arrangements before the balance due date, any deposits paid are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the Supplier(s). Generally flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. We are not responsible for a Supplier’s failure to pay a refund.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.

important notice regarding Airline reservations If you arrive at an airline ticket or passenger check-in counter with your confirmed ticket and find that the airline shows no reservation for you – do not leave the counter. Check your ticket. If the status box shows “OK” for the flight in question, the airline policies typically require them to accommodate you on that flight, or if that is not possible, they must either find you a substitute flight or pay you denied boarding compensation. If necessary ask to speak to a supervisor.

if you have A complaint If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant Supplier (e.g. your hotel) immediately. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please immediately contact us in the United States, either through the office where you made your arrangements, or through www.statravel.com. If you fail to timely contact us, we will not be permitted the opportunity to investigate your complaint and attempt to rectify any error while you are away, and this may affect your rights under this Agreement. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau.

Prior to booking international travel, we recommend that you review any U.S. Government’s prohibitions, warnings and advisories applicable to your destinations. By offering travel to any particular destination, we do not represent that travel in such destination is safe or without risk.
