Eucharistic Conference Hosted by Saint Leo’s
6th Annual St. Joseph Eucharistic Conference August 3rd through the 6th.
“Pope Saint Leo the Great, Doctor of Christian Unity.”
This annual conference, offered by the Fraternity of St. Joseph, will serve as our parish mission this year. Please come to learn more about our beloved patron and
participate in beautiful liturgies.

Family Days for the Eucharistic Conference
Family Days are informal gatherings of families for activities during the day before the
Conference begins. The following activities are planned by Shawna Sandau, our DRE.
Monday, August 3rd Cornhole Tournament at 4pm
Cornhole tournament in the back parking lot at 4pm. The tournament will have prizes as well as
a junior division!
Tuesday, August 4th Lewistown Overlook Hike at 9am
A 4-mile moderate hike in the Judith Mountains to the Lewistown Overlook. We will plan to meet at the trailhead at Judith Mountain Lodge at 9am.
The hike should take between 2-3 hours.
Wednesday, August 5th Swimming at Giant Warm Springs at 2pm
With water temperatures at 68 degrees, this is the perfect spot to cool off on a hot August day!
Thursday, August 6th
Picnic Day at East Fork Reservoir at 11am Bring your own picnic lunch!
Shawna will bring some fishing poles (there is good perch fishing here).
Enjoy some leisurely time by the water.

Eucharistic Adoration at the Eucharistic Conference Eucharistic Adoration will begin after the Eucharistic
Procession on Tuesday, August 4th and continue until the Eucharistic Procession on Thursday, August 6th.
We will need volunteers to adore the Blessed Sacrament each hour. If you
would like to sign up for a Holy Hour, please call the parish office. There is also a list of available times on the Eucharistic Conference website.

Parish Picnic
The Knights of Columbus will sponsor the Saint Leo’s Parish Picnic on
Monday, August 3rd at 6:15pm in the parish parking lot.
Please join your fellow parishioners and guests for good food and fellowship between the Mass
and Bishop Warfel’s conference.
Due to the COVID, we cannot do potluck style, but please bring your own chair and beverage of your choice. Bottled water will be provided.
