ward beginning at 7:00 pm. Tickets are available at Lori’s

Parents and Students
In our noisy world, Eucharistic Adoration enables our youth to
discover the silent, loving presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.
Before Our Lady appeared to Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco at
Fatima, an angel, holding a chalice and the Eucharist, visited
the three children. The angel placed the Body and Blood of
Our Lord suspended in the air and then knelt down by the chil-
dren. The angel showed the children how to prostrate or bow
before Jesus, humbling themselves before the amazing and
true presence of Our Lord in the Eucharist. We would like to
encourage you to stop by the Eucharistic Adoration Chapel
sometime during the summer and see Jesus, spend a minute
with him and talk to him. The Chapel is open from 8:00-4:00,
seven days a week—it is your Chapel, please come in.

Coming Events
**Wednesday, July 3, at 12:00 noon at St. Ann’s Cemetery
there will be a burial service for our longtime parishioner,
Roger King, who passed away last summer.
**Saturday, July 6, during the 5:45 Mass, we will have the
baptism of Vivienne Marie Del Duca.
**Tuesday, July 9, the Altar Society will meet at 12:00 noon
in the Community Hall. Please bring lunch.
Summer Scripture Seminar—Deacon Brian will be leading a 6
-week study of St. Paul’s letters to the Galatians and
Colossians. Each week we will consider the passage from
one of those letters which will be proclaimed as the following
Sunday’s second reading. We will meet every Wednesday
evening from 7:00 to 8:30 pm in St. Ann’s parish hall,
downstairs from the church. Bring your bible, an inquiring
mind and a prayerful heart!
**The Parish Outreach committee thanks the Altar Society
who donated $250 to help pay for the installation of a
dishwasher. It now take only two minutes to wash a load of
dishes and provides us with the opportunity to do away with
using environmentally unfriendly products and gives us a
chance to do our part in reducing greenhouse gases.
**Parish Life & Outreach organization is having their first
annual Slightly Used Treasures and Bake Sale on July 13
from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The sign-up sheet for baked
goods and for help with the sale is in the back of the church.
They will be accepting your donations most Fridays and
Saturdays leading up to the event. A full schedule of times
and days are on our bulletin board. Only items in good
usable condition will be accepted—no electronics, clothing,
large appliances, exercise equipment, furniture or
mattresses please.
