Prayer Concerns for March Preocupaciones de la oración para

Ted Winkles Shallon Adams

At the beginning of Lent, it would do us good to ask for the grace to preserve the memory of all that the Lord has done in our lives, of how He has loved us.

Al comienzo de la Cuaresma, nos con-vendría pedir la gracia de preservar la memoria de todo lo que el Señor ha hecho en nuestras vidas, de cómo nos ha amado.

Thanks to all who have participated so far in the Archbishop’s Catholic Appeal. These are the

funds collected to meet our parish obligation to the Archdiocese, used for services beyond the

scope of St. John the Baptist: seminary training, clergy retirement, prison ministry, campus minis-

try, and the support offices of the Archdiocese. Our parish needs to raise just over $58,000. Addi-

tional pledge envelopes are available in the entry of the church. Please help us wrap this up quick-

ly by sending in your commitment.

Additional feedback from all the ministries is being collected now and will be incorporated into the overall strategic plan. Please know that your participation is very much appreciated and valued highly. Together we are creating a new plan that will protect the legacy of those who have gone before us and also move us into a better future.
