W2 Operating Principle

The AESSEAL® SSE10-W™ and SSE25-W™ vessels are used as the core of a modular Water Management System range (W1-W4). The environmentally friendly W Systems range have significantly contributed to the global drive for water conservation,saving industry over 3 billion gallons of water per year. This Systems range starts with the W1, which is a non-pressurizedAPI plan 52 Buffer System used to provide cooling to mechanical seal faces. The W1-W4 are all piped as API plan 53 WaterManagement Systems. The W2 and W3 are the most commonly used Systems. The W2 is the standard offering while the W3is designed for high heat dump requirements. The W4 is a highly instrumented package for more challenging applications.All vessels are designed and manufactured in accordance with PED and ASME VIII Div.1 requirements.
