• The SSBTs present the customers with a faster method to place bets in the outlets.

• The account must have a minimum of Php250 to access the service

• A player can make a deposit over-the-counter kiosk

SSBT - COOLDOWN • Cooldown and session expiry periods have been

applied to encourage bet placement

• Customer are the ones to place a bet thru this system

SSBT - COOLDOWN • As soon as the customer logs in, he will be given ten

(10) minutes to place a bet, otherwise his session will expire and he will be logged out

• SSBT login will not be allowed for the next 30 minutes

• By placing a bet using the other channels such as OTC Kiosk and thru telephone betting, the customer can unlock the account before the 30-minutes cooldown period is over.

SSBT - COOLDOWN • If the customer places a bet before the 10 minutes

run out he can view and navigate for 8 more minutes. Afterwards his session will end and his account will be give a cooldown period.

• The cooldown period is only applied to the SSBT channels. The customer can login to other channels to place a bet.

SSBT - COOLDOWN • To avoid the lockout period, the customer can either:

Log out before the 10-minute session expiry and log in again

Place a bet every 8 minutes

• After roughly 8 minutes of browsing the different pages, a popup warning is displayed to notify the user of the lockdown period.

SSBT – LIVE STREAMING • A customer can watch Live Streaming with a

minimum bet amount of Php500

• Make sure the customer must place a bet in every 8 minutes to enjoy the service

SSBT - CASHOUT • Cash Out gives customers the opportunity to take a

return on their stake before the market for choses selection(s) closes.

• Cash Out is available on selected markets both pre-match and In-Play, on single or multiple bets. It is unavailable for Promos, Virtual Sports, Horse Racing and Greyhounds.

• Cash Out is no longer available for accumulators or special bets with a settled event.

Cash Out requests may be unsuccessful if:

during the acceptance process, the market has been suspended

the outcome is hidden

or the odds used to calculate the Cash Out amount have changed

• Two (2) types of Cash Out – Partial and Full

The lower the odds the higher the amount a customer can Cash Out, therefore, Profit is for customer

SSBT – CASHOUT • A Partial Cash Out can also be claimed using the

slide. The player can choose to Cash Out a portion of his stake and leave the remaining stake to run.

• To Fully Cash out the bet, click on the Cash Out button with the slider at 100%

CASHOUT Importance • All bets that can be Cash Out will reflect on the

specific sports page where the selection was made, then click View Details.
