17. Save and except as provided above, all information received by CRISll for the purpose of ascertaining the Rating, wh:ch 1Snon-public in nature, shall be he!d by CRlSIL in strict confidence. it shall be used solely for the purpo~ of determining theRating.

18 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary me!1tioned above, we agree ol:d undertake to indemnify Ci'.!5il, its Directors,~ating Commit".:ee members, officers 2nd employees, related to the ser'/ice<; previded in connection with the ratingassignment against all or any actions, c:aims, suits, costs, lesses, damages, including but not limited to attorney's orcor.sultant's fees peid/incurred as a result of any false, inaccura~e or ",isleadll:g imcrr.'lation of any nature, provide{! by usto CRISll, on which CRISIL may have relied in any manner whiie assigning t~e KiJting.
