Incidents we did not expect at the Trial
• Beacons falling off / missing.
• Beacon battery drainage quicker that expected. The best so far has been
about 3 months. Gen 1 Beacons had its flaws. Gen 2 is expected to be
much much better with battery life promised from 3-5 years.
• Constant shuffling and installation of beacons as more Brands came
onboard the trial. Liasing with Mall Management for beacon installation and
shuffle.
