SPRINGS PRESERVE WEDDING PACKAGES

With its botanical garden, trails, and colorful landscapes, the Springs Preserve has gained international renown as a place of beauty and a haven of nature in the heart of bustling Las Vegas. It also has become a leading destination for couples to seal their commitment with loved ones in a unique, natural setting found nowhere else in the city.

The Springs Preserve can help make your wedding day a memorable one in any of several indoor and outdoor settings—for parties ranging from fewer than 50 up to 500—and with packages to meet your wishes and your budget. Our listof preferred vendors provide professional services ranging from photography and floral arrangements, to music andlighting—not to mention wedding planning.

Please note: all weddings require a wedding planner. Due to demand, weekend (Friday-Sunday) and holiday ceremony-only weddings may only be reserved within 90 days of the requested date. Weekday (Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays)ceremony-only weddings can be reserved up to one year in advance. Booking time restrictions may apply.

CEREMONY AND RECEPTION PACKAGES

All packages include: • Guest parking• Directional signage for guests• White wood padded chairs for outdoor spaces; recycled chairs, Chiavari chairs available• Guest dining tables, tall and low cocktail tables, gift and guest book tables, as needed• Basic room and a/v set-up• Food and beverage coordinated through the Springs Preserve exclusive on-site caterer—Divine Events (Not

included in package price). A separate food and beverage package and agreement will be created for each event.• Vendor referrals available. Please ask event specialist for details.• Rental spaces (ready rooms, ceremony, cocktail and reception areas), including 2 hours for decorating time. For

additional set-up/decorating time, please consult event specialist for rates and booking.• Officiant and licenses are the responsibility of the couple and are not the responsibility of the Springs Preserve.• Additional upgrades and options available. CEREMONY-ONLY WEDDINGS

Due to demand, weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holiday ceremony-only weddings can be reserved only within 90 days* of the event and must end by 3 pm during peak seasons (April-June, September-November). Weekdays (Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays) ceremony-only weddings can be reserved up to one year in advance.

All weddings require a wedding planner.
