THE EXPERIENCE

Spring Training sessions are held from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. daily at the Community Music School on the campus of Webster University. Each week of camp o�ers exciting, fun-filled experiences to help young singers hone their vocal, acting, and movement skills. Additionally, students will experience a professionally staged opera by attending one of Opera Theatre’s critically acclaimed performances. It’s a great opportunity to hear live opera sung in English by some of the finest young artists in the country.

ENROLLMENTNo audition is necessary. The full tuition fee must be paid at the time of enrollment for the application to be accepted. Tuition scholarships are available for those who qualify. Space is limited and applications are processed in the order received.

STUDYStudents will learn about the life of a professional singer and what to expect from a career in the arts. Each student will receive daily private voice lessons and individual attention in master classes. They will also work directly with guest lecturers and presenters. The experience will culminate in recital performances and a fully-staged opera scene.Opera Theatre reserves the right to dismiss campers who are unable to comply with the camp rules.
