Step 1 — MAINTENANCE

In order to keep your SpeedTreater-TX in tip-top shape, remove thenozzle after use, daily.

Put the nozzle and filter in a smallglass bottle filled with Cloggy NoMore cleaning solution.

Alternatively, a 50/50 mix ofdistilled water and Simple Greencan be used.

The SpeedTreater-TX allows you toflush the lines easily, withoutwasting pretreatment.

We recommend flushing the linesat the end of the week, andbefore known periods ofdowntime.

Step 2 — DAILY MAINTENANCE

Open the panel at the back of the machine by turning the silver knob counter-clockwise.

Remove the catch basin. Check how full the catch basin is. Empty it if necessary.

Remove the nozzle by unscrewing the nut counter-clockwise. It will drop down from the valve alongwith the filter and plastic washers.

Step 3

Drop the nozzle and the filter into a small glass cup or bottle filled with Cloggy No More.

Since the catch basin is removed during this process, a few drops of pretreatment or solution mightdrip on the inside of the machine. Make sure to clean up any excess liquid.

Now replace the catch basin.

Do NOT push the catch basin back in with any force. Just slide it back in gently. Make sure itsits flat.
