Safety
Now, before we move on, please refer to the several important principles of security.
Get acquainted with safety symbols:
Warning: VSHAPER contains heating elements. Wait for approx. 30 min. afterthe printing is finished for VSHAPER to cool down, before you touch the print, heated platform (option) or the printing head.
Warning: VSHAPER contains moving elements, that can cause injury. Never reach inside the VSHAPER while it is in operation.
Warning: There is a risk of electric shock. Do not remove the printer guards. Any repair, or service of the product done by the user himself are not allowed. Should a need arise, contact the manufacturer.
Due to the fact that the VSHAPER printer elements heat up, we recommendwearing protective gloves while operating the device.
Terms of use of the VSHAPER Printer:
Note:
• Never leave the VSHAPER printer unattended during operation. • Use only certified FILSHAPER filaments. • Do not place any items on the printer. • Never touch the printed item while it’s being printed. This may result in burns or print deformity. • In case of emergency disconnect the VSHAPER printer from the wall socket. • The VSHAPER printer melts plastic during printing (plastic odors are emitted during this operation - make sure to set up the printer in a well-ventilated area).

How does it work ?
The VSHAPER GO creates three-dimensional objects using FILSHAPER PLA (ABS option) by adding layer-upon-layer of melted material. This technology is called Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF).
The prints are created from your three-dimensional digital model and saved in .obj, .stl, .amf, or .dae. To obtain a print on your VSHAPER GO you need to import a digital model to SOFTSHAPER (which is included in the printing set or can be downloaded from the producer’s webpage). A file prepared in such a way needs to be imported into the printer in .gcod format via Wi-Fi or uploaded onto SD Card.
When printing with VSHAPER GO, you do not need to worry about its calibration before printing, all stages are performed automatically (nozzle cleaning, platform leveling).

Auto-leveling sensor.During auto-leveling process the sensor slides out of
the extruder. When the measurement is taken, the
sensor should slide back in.
Platform auto-leveling
Prior to each printing process your device will measure the working platform and level it, ensuring the first print layer is be placed accurately.
Please note: Before setting the print make sure there’s nothing on the working platform, otherwise there might be a collision.
Working platform measurement is executed in three different points.

FILAMENT
This option enables you to load filament into or unload filament from the extruder. To load the material select LOAD and to change it select REMOVE. After the option is selected the nozzle starts to heat up and the progress of the printing process is displayed on the screen.
To additionally extrude or retract material you need to select EXTRUDE or RETRACT.If the nozzle is cold, first it will heat up to 230°C, you can follow the progress of the process on the screen. Next, you need to define the amount of material you want to extrude. Each time you select YES in the EXTRUDE FILAMENT window, the nozzle will extrude 5mm of the material.

SOFTSHAPER
SOFTSHAPER software is dedicated for VSHAPER printers. It is made and modified by Verashape company.
The application is an integral part of 3D printing process.
The user levels and sets the model on a platform, chooses technological parameters for printing and generates NC code, which is then imported into the printer. SOFTSHAPER stands out from other 3D printing software as being more intuitive with high quality generated paths.
In different solutions the process of converting paths takes place after each modification in the program, which causes decrease in performance. SOFTSHAPER allows the user togenerate the head paths by selecting GENERATE. The 3D printing process is setusing the 3D printer panel, and the code of the program is saved in the printer's memory.
SOFTSHAPER software requirements: • Windows XP or newer • A Minimum of 512 MB of RAM • At least 200 MB free hard disk space • A Minimum of Pentium 4 processorRecommended requirements: • 2 GB of RAM • 500 MB free hard disk space • Intel Core 2-2.0 GhzCompatible file formats for 3D models: • .STL • .OBJ • .DAE • .AMG
16
Software installation
1. Make sure that your computer meets the minimum software requirements. 2. Download software for your printer directly from the producer’s webpage: http://files.vshaper.com/VSHAPER-GO.zip
3. Extract the file. 4. Install the software. 7. After installing the software, a shortcut will be created on the screen. 8. Clicking the VSHAPER abbreviation starts the program.
